Erg vriendelijk personeel neemt alle tijd je te ontvangen. Erg ruime kamer. Alleen het matras was zo hard als beton. Ontbijt was prima, waarbij je vanalles op maat kunt bestellen. Diner in hotel geen aanrader. Flauwe smakeloze hap. Kortom: ontsla de kok.

Een heel net hotel op een rustige en prachtige locatie. We hadden een ruime en comfortabele kamer met ontbijt. Het ontbijt was goed. De spa was ook een leuke plus (jacuzzi, zwembad, sauna, stoombad, infraroodcabine,…) en er is zelfs een klimzaal en een goed uitgeruste fitness. Het personeel is er vriendelijk en warm. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, maar goed onderhouden. Een aanrader!

Beetje bijzondere uitstraling als je binnenkomt. Kreeg een beetje een Schwarzwald gevoel, nogal donker door het vele hout De kamer op de 3e verdieping was groot, net als de badkamer, Goede bedden Het diner was zo goed dat we er 3 keer hebben gegeten. Dat is ons nog nooit overkomen, De reservering van de diners is nogal rommelig dus goed afspreken. Het was alle dagen volgeboekt. Het ontbijt was a la carte dus geen buffet. Uitstekend, kan niet anders zeggen. Royaal, vers, veel keuze. Echt goed We hebben 2 dagen gebruik gemaakt van de Wellness. Het zwembad was aan de koude kant We hebben 2 keer een massage gehad en kunnen niet anders zeggen dat die heerlijk waren en professioneel werden uitgevoerd. De masseur wist wat hij deed en voelde zeker aan waar de probleempunten zaten.

Receptionists were particularly good - very very helpful and considerate. Food in restaurant was above expectations and the room was very spacious

This place needs an upgrade. Mildew in the grout, the spa is dated and in disrepair. Dirt was at the bottom of the Luke warm hot tub and there was dirt scum on the rim. The spa tea pot was dirty. Windows surrounding pool are dirty making it impossible to see the outdoors which would have been nice. There is a dated dropped ceiling and peeling wood floors. I actually had an accident trying to get a message when the old table cashed on my leg leaving it with a gash. The restaurant staff seem distracted. This place is tired and if you are looking for those extra things that make your stay special, you won’t find them here. I would take a pass on this one.

Fabulous hotel in idyllic location near the national park. Staff very friendly. Rooms lovely. Stunning views over the pine forest and Vilaflor. Food excellent. Lovely new dining room/conservatory bringing the outside in. Beautiful walks from the hotel. Small indoor pool and spa facilities.

This hotel is a real gem. A long way up the mountain and away from the masses, perfect peace. The spa was bigger than expected and comprehensive as were the treatments. The only thing I would say is there is a pan Asian theme to the food but with some dishes not hitting the mark. Staff very friendly and our room fabulous. Great for trekking!

The hotel was in a good location for hiking and biking up in mountain. Overall a good experience with an excellent spa.
Only minus would be my room was located next to the reception so you could hear people talking and music but only faintly. It was quiet during the night tough.
And the breakfast was a little disappointing with the section for a 4 star hotel. Worse thing would be they served frozen and not fresh fruit.
Personal was friendly and helpful.
