Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs.
Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop.
Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

Hotel simples com excelente serviço prestado pelos colaboradores, café da manhã uma maravilha ,bem próximo da praia e também tem mercado, academia e bares tudo próximo. Os quartos dos fundos da para se ouvir o barulho do mar bem interessante.

Ficamos em um quarto confortável, de bom tamanho, com mobiliário em ótimo estado. A pintura e a limpeza da acomodação estavam impecáveis. O hotel é pequeno, mas tem um serviço de café da manhã excelente, que supera em qualidade e variedade o de muitos bons grandes hotéis. A garagem é de fácil acesso e as vagas não são grandes, mas não chegam a ser ruins para um bom e paciente motorista estacionar. O atendimento dos funcionários em geral foi bastante cortês. Voltarei a me hospedar no Santorini caso opte em ficar em Itaparica em um retorno à VV.

Hotel incrível! O carinho desde a chegada até o momento do check-out. Fomos recebidos com uma mensagens carinhosa e chocolates. Na saída nosso vôo era à noite, guardaram nossas bagagens, permitiram que nosso carro continuasse no estacionamento e que usassemos a ducha para tirar a areia.
Hospedamos em um quatro estrelas no ES dias antes mas o atendimento e o café nem se comparam, o Santorini deu show.

Gostei muito do hotel , acomodações simples mas confortáveis . Fiquei muito feliz quando no dia do Réveillon fomos surpreendidos com um espumante, taças , uma tabuinha de frios e bombons no nosso quarto!! Uma gentileza, muito obrigada!!

Excelente experiência. Localização privilegiada perto da uma praia mais calma de Itaparica, perto da praça do ciclista e de fácil acesso por app aos 3 shoppings da cidade. Tem kit cadeira e sombreiro por 35 reais por diária. Café da manhã ótimo, espaço disponível para aquecer algum alimento, frigobar ok, chuveiro ótimo. Cama boa. O blecaute da janela insuficiente e os filtros do Split demandaram limpeza. Ficamos 11 dias e toda equipe de colaboradores foi muito prestativa. Com certeza voltando a VV voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel ou no Olimpya da mesma rede. Parabéns

Experiência agradável durante o réveillon, funcionários atenciosos, o hotel forneceu uns mimos de ano novo e um café da manhã muito bom. Local muito tranquilo. Gostamos muito!
