We stay 2 days in hotel it was really good stay and the staff are very helpful and kind and the cleanliness of the rooms was very well maintained and the swimming pool view was excelen and thanks to tamzim and Rakesh from housekeeping are very helpful while our stay

Avoid front office ? , not qualified staff . Very unprofessional behavior. GM very good. F&B manager also good. Only after GM interference all prob solved n smooth. Hotel is in d heart of city. . Transport easy. Tariff little on higher side. Through web booking less. But late night that street is very crowded with street food/small shop vendors. Rooms very good.

Positives: Clean, neat room, good breakfast Negatives (many): 1. Limited parking, we have to park car on the road. 2. We stayed for 2 nights, never got hot water in the bathroom. 3. Unless you ask for towels and toiletries, you will not get. 4. Dark and dimly lit rooms and bathrooms (may be power saving). 5. Sub-optimal AC. you have to use the AC on 18C all the time to feel any effect, the fan is physically there, but it either runs on 5 speed or not at all, nothing in between. 6. Room different than shown in pictures (small and dark rooms)

Worst experience for WiFi, this is my 4th stay in this hotel in last 6 months but still wifi is same. No connectivity, even if connects there is absolutely no speed at all. Will never recommend it to my fellow business travellers. Waste of money staying in this hotel. Pathetic experience, absolutely no response from management, there is no point of giving them feedback.

It took half an hour to cool the room. Refrigerator is not working. Tea maker not working. Towels are also not placed in the room. Placed after request. Room size is ok This is claimed to be executive room

Overall nice. Breakfast spread is limited but fine. Comfortable spacious room, centrally located, easy access, good and quick services.. Special thanks to Mr Srivatsa (front desk) All the best... 👍

It's worst hotel. There is no AC. Food also worst if i complaint also no response from hotel people. Full of mosquitos. No hot water. Food rates also very high compared to other hotels. Rates are like 3 star but hotel is lodge. Simple say it's lodge not hotel

Excellent place to stay.. pretty decent facilities.. situated at a prime location.. though car parking is valet parking but never met with any issues for parking at any time of the day or night..overall very satisfactory experience.

Stayed in executive room. Spacious and well maintained. Toilet and bathroom are neat and clean. Bedsheets and towels are sparking. What I liked most is there is a ceiling fan with remote control.Felt completely relaxed. Polite staff. Lighting in the room needs to be better. Value for money.
