The receptionist (later on came to know he is the supervisor) was very rude, arrogant and negligent. Informed about the bad condition of the room. Bad smell is coming and more over ac was not functioning. Washroom is also not good and no hot water supply. The bedsheets were very bad and asked to replace it, the receptionist denied that we don't have enough bedsheets. All rooms are very bad and zero maintenance. Please avoid this hotel.

Located near bus stand, railway station and kanakadurgatemple. However, the hotel building looks to be aged and damaged. Rooms are also not clean and hygienic. The restaurant is ok.

The receptionist (an elderly ***, needs to be changed. Highly arrogant and says as i have booked, i am not eligible for any services. Even the supplies are not available for getting water. Room is big but poorly maintained and even hot water and shower not available(r. No. 306. This is not for our choice or a choice for common travellers.

Location good, food also ok. But the restaurant floor is not clean and full of dirt. No drinking water. Bed cover was not changed abed refused stating laundry not come. Bathroom was not cleaned with cleaning material. Closet and sink not cleaned for months together. Curtains were full of dust. Also cockroaches.

Filthy hotel and room. The hotel is in a state of disrepair, incl a caved in ceiling over reception. Linen dirty. Beds basic. Rooms unclean. Reception staff rude. Wifi was present in reception only - i could see it on my phone. But even though “free wifi” was clearly listed on my reservation, i was told there was no wifi. I had to leave. Terrible hotel.

It was my worst experience to stay in this hotel which has lot of misquotes and the bed was not cleaned and the bed sheet was very horrible either to look and the room was not cleaned and couldn't stay or sleep for at least one hour.

Hotel rooms are not hygiene and clean. Towel, bedsheet and blankets all were not cleaned. Got used water bottles.

Property location is ok, rooms - spacious, good but, interial specially in bathrooms is old. Need to change with new fashions
