We were given self check in instructions and when we arrived the key was not there. We tried to message and call the property on *********** and their number but got no response. We emailed *********** and they told us the property said they could no longer host us. We never received any information from them until the next day when they gave us check out information which wasn’t helpful as we had to stay somewhere else. Very lucky we could find other accommodations. Would not recommend at all. After I wrote this negative review they charged us for a stay we did not make an have not responded to a single message requesting a refund.

POSITIVO: la proprietaria è stata molto comprensiva nel posticipare il nostro soggiorno e farci un voucher: due giorni prima del nostro arrivo infatti (previsto per novembre 2021) l’Austria promulgò un lockdown totale, che di fatto ci avrebbe reso impossibile soggiornare, e i tempi per la cancellazione con *********** intanto erano scaduti. Abbiamo poi viaggiato regolarmente ad aprile 2022. NEGATIVO: la proprietaria non ci ha fornito altro contatto che una email, alla quale rispondeva in base al livello di scocciatura della richiesta: alla nostra email per chiedere un check-out posticipato… SILENZIO ASSOLUTO, alla nostra email di conferma del check-out e di saluti… RISPOSTA IMMEDIATA 😅 Io stessa mi sono trovata in un disguido potenzialmente grave (arrivo dall’aeroporto sfinita e vado a recuperare la chiave nel luogo concordato… E NON LA TROVO. Probabilmente chi prepara le chiavi e le camere si è confuso e ci aveva preparato un’altra stanza), e se non avessi risolto da sola, non avrei avuto NESSUNO da chiamare per le emergenze. Dopo questa esperienza, viaggerò solo in hotel o in strutture con un numero di cellulare attivo.
