All right, but they could provide the essentials as a hotel. dental kit for example they do not provide

Great location, close to the train station and few hundred meters from the gates to the old city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet js amazing!

A warm and nice place in Vienna though a pillar is inside of my room. Have a beer in bar is a good idea to

Leider wurde von der Buchungswebsite die Stornierung der Zimmer ohne unser Wissen durchgeführt. Das Hotel kümmerte sich umgehend um ein Zimmer in einem anderen Ruby Hotel. Einfach nur top 😃

Excellent, quirky hotel, close to the train station and hop on, hop off bus route.
Staff were friendly, rooms were comfy and the breakfast was great....very nice coffee!
Lovely to chill in the bar in the evening after a day sightseeing in the snow.

Love the location very close to the metro station and very easy to get to the airport using public transportation, beautiful room very clean and confortable. Deniz the guy at the reception was very kind and profesional. I'll be back to Ruby Sofie Hotel in Vienna.

Clean, contemporary hotel with very helpful staff. The bar is a great place to grab a drink before heading out and they are always open. The room price was reasonable and the rooms were clean and nice. But remember very contemporary so keep that in mind. Older travelers may not like the low beds and lack of dresser.
It was a bit further of a walk to the city center than we thought. About 15 mins if you're walking at a good pace. But a major train station is nearby so that helps. The Vienna subway is easy to use.
