We booked an apar**ent for a month as we were visiting family and wanted to be close by but with the convenience and flexibility an apar**ent would offer - we were not disappointed! The location was perfect - close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Trams and buses stop outside. The kitchenette was small but functional and equipped with necessities. Staff are friendly and reception will help with literally everything! There’s a laundry room freely available and an elevator means all rooms are accessible. We had a very happy and relaxed stay here and we’ll definitely return ( already booked our next visit). I can unreservedly recommend Mondial. Valerie and the team make it a very special place to stay!

The apar**ent was spacious and well kept up. It was 2 minutes walk from one tram stop and 5 minutes to another tram stop at Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The staff were super helpful. This was a great choice!

A FABULOUS stay. Literally, a home away from home in Vienna.
The hosts are wonderful - so helpful, so lovely, so obliging, literally nothing is too much trouble.
Next time in Vienna, we will definitely stay again.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a family touch, which helps you feel safe as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to public transit, and there's plenty of dining and grocer options within a 2-5 minute walk. They upgraded me to a better room for free and let me check in early. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

This was my second stay at the Mondial. Valerie, Marcus, and the rest of the team were helpful and welcoming as always, and the rates are extremely reasonable. In my opinion, a rare find. Thank you, Mondial!

This is an amazing property in an ideal location in Vienna. Valerie and Marcus were so helpful. The room was actually a large apar**ent with a balcony. Spotless and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

We spent 3 nights in an apar**ent on the top floor. We had awesome service - we didn't often see anyone at the reception desk, but there were always people available at the corner office or if you called from your room. The apar**ent was spacious, more than enough for 2 people. It came with a bedroom, reading/drawing room, and the kitchen/living room space was big. Many amenities were provided (shampoo, blow dryer, coffee, snacks, etc). Location was very convenient! Everything we needed was close by - there's a restaurant (Beaver Brewing Company) right across the street, there's a grocery store (Spar) just down the block, metro stations and tram stations are within walking distance. My wife unfortunately experienced some joint pain in her foot while we were in Vienna, and the front desk was so kind in helping us out! They gave us a map and very detailed instructions on how to get to the hospital. We didn't even have to ask and they lent her a crutch for walking assistance. They insisted that we keep it, but we were able to buy one for 16 euros. Overall, very accommodating, clean, and convenient! We will stay here again.
