Stayed here for a week and frankly it’s not 4 star - it’s tired and it was difficult to get a hot shower as the temperature fluctuated badly. As for food, avoid the half board as our group named the hotel - Hotel Tepid, as getting anything hot, including the shower was virtually impossible. Beds were fine and the hotel was far too warm - so I cannot recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space.
Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't.
The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

Were at the hotel twice for one night during a trek in the area. The hotel is nice and the staff friendly. The rooms have everything you need and have a fair size. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. So all fine... But don't book half board! The dinner "buffet" was worse than the worse school canteen meal we can remember. Poor choice and badly - overcooked - hot food. Luckily there was a salad buffet and bread.

Very convenient location. Plenty of parking in large car park just opposite the hotel. Really helpful bar staff who went out of his way to help book a restaurant, unfortunately we didn't get his name but a big thank you. As with hotels like this there was a bit of corridor noise from other guests talking loudly. Overall hotel is very good for the price.

El hotel está situado en magnífico emplazamiento con unas completisimas instalaciones, pero lo realmente excepcional, lo que destaca por encima de todo es la profesionalidad, amabilidad y eficacia de todo el personal del hotel. Desde la Recepción hasta el Restaurante, todos están deseando agradar al cliente. Enhorabuena!

Genial para ir a su cafetería para ver el fútbol y cenar,he repetido en varias ocasiones y siempre tiene el mismo nivel,la camarera Sara nos brinda un gran servicio,como en casa,muy amable y muy atenta en todo momento se agradece,la comida muy buena volveremos!

Hôtel « correct » sans plus. Nous ne croyons pas que cet hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles. C’est un hôtel qui a besoin « d’amour ». Il est vieillot, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. Il a été remplacé mais … il n’est même pas vissé dans le mur. Quelcun pourrait simplement partir avec en dessous du bras. Nous avons du signaler l’absence du shampoing et ampoule brûlée. La piscine ne semblait pas accessible. Tout était fermé. Lorsqu’on a posé la question on nous a répondu qu’elle fait partie d’un « circuit SPA, piscine de 45min » donc on a conclu que c’est payant même l’accés à la piscine. Decévant! Le petit déjeuner était « correct » sans plus. Malheureusement la présence des mouches sur les aliments n’était pas très agréable.
