環境：整個酒店一股淡淡的香味，很舒服。
設施：床品柔軟，而且被子有被套（其他酒店都是兩張床單夾着不套的）。洗浴都是大瓶的DOVE，香味宜人，而且房間里居然有洗手液。沒有微波爐，全天供應付費餐飲。洗手間沒有排氣。
服務：遇到第一家發早餐券的酒店，沒有自助早餐。看我帶兩個小孩，前台小哥主動給了兩張免費小孩早餐券。👍早餐是點套餐的形式，人少，小姐姐服務很好，值得給小費。

前台服務員歧視中國人，區別對待。一點多到了在空房充足的情況下不讓中國人提前入住卻讓其他國家人入住，後來被戳穿有空房甚至直接惱羞成怒。感覺屬於個人行為，酒店 manager 還是不錯的

It's a pretty great hotel, but there arent a lot of options for dinner. The food is good, but breakfast was a bit better.

We were put in a room overlooking the all the venting and piping systems, so when we opened our curtains that was all you could see. The sound proofing is in much need of updating. Truth be told the entire hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. We travelled from Northern Alberta Canada and stayed at a few Holiday Inns and this one was by far the worst.
