This is a beautiful property with a fantastic view of the harbour. Unfortunately, the heat was not working in the suite, and I ended up wearing my down jacket to bed at 1:00 AM. After more than 50 years of staying in Hotels I would have to say this was my worst experience ever. I know that things happen, but the staff was not sympathetic to my experience and made it sound like it was my fault that the heat did not work. After discussions with the General Manager, she finally conceded that I should not have to pay for a $350 room with no heat.

I had an amazing time. I had left some of my needs at home but the hotel has already prepared everything that we needed for the trip.

I didnt like that they immediately told me I must tell my guests to leave at 11pm when they weren’t being loud but it’s ok and I understand why. What a beautiful room and property. Ben at the front desk was awesome!

Stayed in a harbour view suite and it was huge and very well appointed: linen was clean and soft, heating responsive, furniture well maintained and comfortable, and the balcony spacious with a great view.
One important caveat: being on the water in a middle floor means you can hear EVERYTHING from all around the harbour. And doubly so for the bar downstairs and people on the pier below.

What matters to me, in the end, is that I get a good sleep. Noise from local pub or nightclub kept me awake until almost 2 a.m. With earplugs it was better but could not avoid the vibration of the constant bass. I can't blame a hotel for the surrounding noise but I would not stay in this hotel again unless I could afford the water side where we stayed once before and it was fabulous!

We loved our stay! The staff was so accommodating with every request and we had many! Veejay is such a great guy. He made us feel so welcome. What an asset! Can’t wait to return.

We love coming there for US Holidays. Anytime, really, as long as it is during off season. Your desk staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The ladies that cleaned our room were very good, fast, and friendly. All the staff we met were wonderful, with one exception: a resident in 303 had a guest one night who was a horrible smoker. It filled the hallway, especially strong at our door for 304,our room. The smoke even began to come through the wall in one of our bathrooms sharing a wall with 303. When we complained about it, we had to follow up three times to get results. They told us that the resident in 303 absolutely denied it. Your staff should have inquired at the door of his suite, then he would have not been able to lie. We must have a non smoking environment. My wife has asthma, and this smoke irritated her significantly.Thank you,
