Despite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable.
What a mesmerizing stay!

This was the final leg of our trip to South Africa and was, in many ways, a fitting climax for a memorable vacation. An extremely warm welcome was provided on arrival and a bottle of champagne in the room to celebrate a birthday. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, with the food of high quality. The view from our room and the bar and restaurant was sublime and the binoculars were very useful to determine the visitors to the watering hole. The only gripe was the cleanliness of the verandah - we requested that it was cleaned but this did not materialise unfortunately. Despite this, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Wow!! Beautiful setting, exemplary staff, excellent restaurant, and charm beyond words. The hotel exudes ambience from every corner. The rooms are gorgeous with authentic decor, a comfy bed, and views of the watering hole from your private terrace. Plus - how often do you get to sleep under mosquito netting? It just adds to the romance and intrigue of a magical place. Every staff person went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The nightly turn down service was outstanding. Restaurant staff was knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Gift shop curator was super friendly. Front desk staff arranged transportation for us. Drinks at the Bar were great. Truly - we could not ask for better service. We’ve been blessed and have been fortunate to stay in some incredible places. We can now add the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge to the list - and, to be honest - right at the top of the list. Nothing at the Lodge will disappoint. This is a truly special place!

My stay at Victoria Falls Safari lodge was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The lodge is excellent and well kept.

THIEVES!!!don't ever book with this hotel. They stole our luggage and covered it up! We booked as a family of 4. We arrived at the hotel with no luggage. 24hrs later the hotel convinced us to let their driver pick up our luggage. Between the airport and the hotel there was about 10kgs stolen from our already opened bags which had 7kgs missing. It's been 2 weeks. The hotel especially the GM Victor Saurombe has been most unhelpful. He is too busy covering up the theft of his staff. Now stated there is a glitch and cannot provide us with any security footage which I asked for weeks prior. This is not a secure hotel. There is zero security. Very unhelpful, unsafe. Denying any wrong doing!!! And failing to accept any responsibility yet zero help!!!no compensation provided and we are 2 weeks in!!! Don't book here!

One of the best hotels in Victoria Falls. The property is sensational with stunning views of the watering hole and of all of the Victoria Falls region. It's a tranquil place allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and the animals around you. The room are comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The customer service was exceptional with every whim catered to promptly. Thank you so much!

This hotel is beautifully situated, with fantastic views from all of the balconies, restaurant and bar overlooking the surrounding area and watering hole, where you have a chance to see animals (we saw impala and zebra). The staff are welcoming, friendly and treat you like royalty. We sadly could only stay for one night so I cannot comment on dinner, but the breakfast options were excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated for trips to the Victoria Falls. One tip - take sufficient USD in cash to settle your expenses or purchase items at the lovely gift shop - there was a problem with the network when I was checking out and some guests did not have cash easily accessible.

If you have the opportunity to work remotely, this is the best place to sit in the bar area, have a cool glass of whatever is your favorite and plug away on your laptop. the sound of birds chirping and building their nests, a gentle waterfall, raising your eyes to watch the animals come and drink from a waterhole gives you a sense of peace and tranquility beyond any therapy in the world!!!

We booked the suites but unfortunately we really never got to enjoy our anniversary as we had a snake in our suite which just changed everything for us. We never got to relax as we spent our time chasing the room change and trying to check up with the activities. Due to sleeping at ams on the day we saw the snake and the first manager we called didn’t really care as he just told us lie about moving us. Next day we come back from our activities only to find out he never told his colleagues but thank god for Gidson Ncube who sorted everything for us. But the never really got to enjoy our stay with the way we were excited before
