Il servizio impeccabile, cordiali e gentili e molto pulito la colazione piena e variegata, fatta molto bene, il calore in camera e la privacy è eccezionale

Lovely hotel! The girl at the reception was well-prepared, nice and friendly. Location couldn’t be any better, in the city centre, close to piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. Rich breakfast with plenty of options, we really enjoyed our stay there.

To be fair the hotel is undergoing renovations. The new bathrooms are beautiful but the room is very small with a double bed in it. Not much room for a suitcase. It took me 3 tries with two different key cards to get the lights to come on. No outlets by the bed for charging. The built in lights by the bed were way too bright and the switch by the bed turned them off and the overhead light back on so not of much use. The breakfast was very nice assor**ent of foods. I enjoyed it. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location, basic room. No staff on duty after 10pm front door not finished with easy access to anyone. Tatty reception, had to ask for toilet roll repeatedly. Hit and miss with selection at breakfast.
