This place was horrible nothing for breakfast the shower was broke no garbage cans in the room no coffe but there was a coffee maker the whole place smelled like ****

Our stay here was pleasant. The staff was welcoming and very nice. A little out dated but you couldn’t beat the price.

We stayed at the University Inn while touring Binghampton University in the middle of snowy January. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The gym and pool were operating and well maintained and a quick breakfast with bagels, cereal, fruit and coffee was perfect for on the go. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was responsive to our requests. The location was great with only a 5 minute drive to the main campus.

Traveled for mecical appoin**ents in Johnson City. This is a wonderfully clean & friendly place. And quiet & an excellent bargain in the off season.

This property is preparing to be changed over to another hotel chain. Unfortunately the toliet in our room would not flush. Staff immediately offered us a new room.
Breakfast is only cereal and offerings of toast,bagels.
Location is great and staff are very friendly.

This is a nice property. The staff are wonderful & friendly. The rooms are ckean & comfy, & they try to give us the room we request if possible--first floor, close to lobby for mobility reasons.

This was not the best place to stay. Though non smoking it smelled like smoke. Minimal options for workout area and I would not step foot in the pool.

Very nice. Clean, comfy, super helpful staff. The carpets were clean, furniture wasn't stained, appliances were clean & worked well.
