Nadeel in grote steden is het parkeren van je auto. Hier net buiten de stadsmuur wen openbare P of een adresje van een garage op loopafstand voor €15 (24u). Ruime moderne stijlvolle kamer met goede douch. Vanwege covid was wellness nu gesloten helaas. Ontbijt netjes geserveerd naar eigen wens.

Pre booked a room with a pay at hotel option. Had an emergency occur within the hour of booking. At first the staff was understanding of the situation, but then I get an email saying that they are declining my cancellation and will proceed to charge my card with the nights I was going to stay! Back and forth with them and ***********, multiple attempts made and this unprofessionally ran hotel kept declining and even wrote me down as a no show. All the conversational evidence deleted, thankfully I took screenshots as proof before they deleted the thread. They proceeded to charge me which triggered an investigation which is ongoing. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Our experience was great. The room was cute and restaurant phenomenal. Recommend you meet the chef like we did who made us amazing fish platter with everything from fish, shrimp, clams, scallops, Aubergine ! Their oysters were yum too and the Amorine risotto. If you are are a dessert fan, all of them spectacular,m!

I just spent a week in this hotel. It was an excellent experience. The place is spotless. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The mood lighting is a nice touch. It was super cool during a hot weather spell. We ate in the hotel as well and the food was excellent.

Wow what a stay the staff have been amazing they could not have done any more for us . Hotel its self was spotless clean and room was big . Breakfast was enjoyable . Location is good as your a short distance from the town . Cannot wait to come back .

All in all a good value but lots of room for improvement. Toiletries made in China- couldn’t find them in any app. The best mattresses ever. Safe is tiny. There is not enough place/shelve in the bathroom. WiFi was intermittent. A/c, water pressure, hot water - all excellent. Curtains are NOT blackout and plenty of sunshine wakes you up in the morning. We had a good night sleep (all four of them). There is no outside noise (we faced to the back ) but there is not soundproofing whatsoever so there are noises from downstairs, hallway and the room above - which generally died into the night. Breakfast is ok if you look for the minimum but there was no one piece of vegetable, no “un-processed” cheese, nothing ”typical” (sweet or salty). One kind of too sweet granola. The “breakfast lady” was a well trained professional - kudos to you! (The one that replaces her on her day off DOES need training, badly …). About 25 minutes walk to the old city center.

La locanda è ben ristrutturata, ho alloggiato per una notte in una camera all'ultimo piano (c'è l'ascensore) , molto pulita e grande, con un letto abbastanza comodo e una doccia capiente. Il personale è gentile e sa offrire bene indicazioni richieste, qualche problema di lingua per il checkout, probabilmente la receptionist è più abile con l'inglese. Colazione un po' scarna.

Scelta ideale per chi vuole visitare Verona a piedi,appena fuori dal centro.Parcheggio pubblico alla cifra irrisoria di 5€al giorno vicino alla struttura.Camere pulitissime e super accoglienti e calde.Spa piccola ma con piscina meravigliosa ma soprattutto sotto una volta in sassi che crea un luogo magico.Il proprietario dell'albergo è una persona meravigliosa e pronto a risolvere ogni esigenza,super disponibile!posto super consigliato in cui noi certamente torneremo

Man steigt aus dem Auto aus und denkt, man ist im falschen Film. Das Viertel ist - nun, sagen wir ein Problemviertel. Es beschleicht einen ein ungutes Gefühl und wenn man vor dem Hotel steht, wird es nicht besser. Aber dann: Freundlicher Empfang, tolle Zimmer. Klasse Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Das Restaurant war leider geschlossen, sodass ich dazu keine Angaben machen kann. Den Spa-Bereich muss man zusätzlich buchen und zahlen, aber dafür hat man eine schöne Sauna und einen Pool für sich allein. Für etwas weniger Geld kann man auch mit anderen Hotelgästen gemeinsam den Bereich nutzen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Wir waren direkt unterm Dach, sehr gemütlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Fantastische moderne Bäder. Alles in allem mehr als sein Geld wert! Klare Empfehlung.
