Dreaming Piazza Bra Rooms

I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks. Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private. Easy self check in. The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered. The windows are facing another building. Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site. I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

The hotel was half the price of a lot of the other hotels I seen in the area. It is not far walking distance from the train station. The room was basic but good especially for the price the location is very good in the centre of Verona. Staff was very nice and polite, shared bathroom was very clean and barely used I was a bit unsure what to expect with the price and stuff but if you’re considering using his hotel I don’t think you will be disappointed

Messy place. Everywhere were things stored that don’t belong in a room or the shearer spa ces.

Prenotato con eDreams questa struttura pagato anticipatamente e recandomi in struttura non mi apre nessuno, pur svariate chiamate nessuno si degna di rispondere...e mai dico mai sono stato ricontattato!!! Oggi mi viene detto che si doveva contattare la struttura qualche giorno prima ma a quale numero visto che nessuno si degna a rispondere,?poca serietà.... ho sempre viaggiato e di solito la struttura qualche giorno prima da indicazioni sul soggiorno e sul da farsi. Mi dispiace ma non funziona così

Boa localização e quarto confortável! Tive um atendimento ruim para entrar no imóvel na primeira vez, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando na frente e ligando sem ninguém atender. Um vizinho que me ajudou ligando para o responsável. Depois desse episódio foi que recebi senha da porta do prédio e também cópia das chaves.

Siamo arrivati in questa struttura, quando abbiamo aperto la porta siamo rimasti male, la camera piccolissima,  senza comodini e  senza nessun appendi abiti, con solo una specie di scrivania tutta scrostata dove poter appoggiare giubbotti borse e tutto quello che ti serve perché non c'è nessun'altro appoggio. In camera presente la tv ma con il telecomando non funzionante, i cuscini così bassi che faresti prima a dormire sul materasso..Passiamo alla parte più critica,  I BAGNI IN COMUNE:sapevamo già dall'inizio che avremmo avuto i  bagni in comune ,  ma non del fatto che sarebbero stati sprovvisti di ogni cosa dal sapone allo shampoo soprattutto senza acqua calda, in uno dei bagni un anta della doccia è  stata sostituita con una tendina incollata con lo scotch , mentre nell altro il lavandino perennemente atturato, dove rimane tutto in bella vista 🤮 ZERO pulizie sia all'interno dei bagni ( pari quasi ai bagni pubblici)sia all'interno delle camere, ... nei cestini dei bagni per la bella vista di tutti assorbenti e altre schifezze varie.. Personale assente completamente.. Mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio a nessuno, diffidate dalle foto che vengono messe sul sito, dove si vedono belle stanze  tutte sistemate, poi quando arrivi trovi dei buchi pieni di polvere.
