Ontzettend leuk hotel. Afwerking mooi en sfeer erg goed. Ideaal gelegen in de buurt van de Rialto brug.
De gastheren waren super vriendelijk, leuk en erg behulpzaam, mede daardoor op een nieuwe manier Venetië mogen leren kennen. Veel leuke tips gekregen. Ook orima geregeld met toegang (sleutel) wanneer receptie niet bemand is.
Kamer super schoon en mooi ingericht. Champagne gekregen bij aankomst en op de 2e dag een Italiaanse cake. Weet eigenlijk niet of dit standaard was of dat het te maken had dat wij er met oud & nieuw verbleven.
Zouden hier zeker weer verblijven als we weer in Venetie zijn.
Venetie zelf is in de winter erg leuk om te bezoeken om struinend door de straatjes door te brengen. Ook in de winter is het erg druk! Bezoek tijdens oud & nieuw? Zeker een keer doen!

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). The location is excellent, walkable to all areas we wanted to go (Rialto 5m, St Mark’s 10m, Guggenheim 20 m) - but of course you get lost in Venice, so it’ll take longer. I think it’s better much than staying in busy San Marco. To the hotel, we took the ferry (Alilaguna) from Marco Polo to Fundamente Nova (7min walk). You can also take Vaperetto from this stop to Murano - which lets you avoid multiple stops. Luca at hotel gave us some recommendations to areas and which vaperetto to take. Thank you

Amazing stay, Tiziano was great at making you feel welcomed and gave amazing recommendations for things to do and see and places to eat. 10/10. A lucky find indeed. Amazing all round. Location was perfect, bedroom view stunning.

Room was spotless. Luca was warm and welcoming, full of local knowledge. Room was comfortable, beautifully appointed and had a view of a smaller canal. We were told that it could get noisy in the morning with the comings and goings of water traffic, but it was unnoticed by us. The room was cleaned beautifully while we were out... and not for nothing, but the coffee and biscuits -- AMAZING!

A very unique property run by an exceptional man named Luca. He is passionate about his city and the treasures it holds. We used his suggestions for everything, from where to eat to where to visit and he was never wrong. His excitement at being able to guide you was contagious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
