Modern, stylish, very clean, great facilities. From Sta Lucia Train Termini is only approx 10 mins(slow) walk away…and centre of San Marco is 10-15 mins away. Staff were extremely helpful and they’re happy to assist in any way. A real gem in Venice! I can highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, overall is clean and the location is very nice. You may find a lot of restaurant around the hotel and is very convenient to go to the nearest water-bus.

從st Lucia 火車站出來，走路約10分鐘就能到酒店。威尼斯處處是風景，小巷 小橋 河道 小船 都很漂亮。酒店本身定的小套房，房間和早餐都還不錯。

該酒店在威尼斯市中心擁有着不錯的地理位置和不錯的房間 但是他們的服務非常糟糕 前台的**並沒有試圖幫助我們提供牙刷 因為他似乎並不願意接聽來自任何房間需要幫助的電話 酒店工作人員更加感興趣關於你什麼時候離開 並且在中午12點打電話 告訴你10分鐘看不到你的話 就要多收一晚的房費 態度惡劣 毫無禮貌 屢次威脅 強硬的掛斷電話 我想他們並不是在努力運營一家四星級酒店 而是威尼斯最大的監獄 有趣的是 前台的服務人員非常希望告訴你什麼是法律 然而他自己並不太懂 總的來説 不錯的硬件設施 糟糕的服務 如果你今天火氣很大 想找人吵架 這個酒店是你不錯的選擇
