We enjoyed our stay at Casa Martini. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The check in was easy. The breakfast was great. The owner was patient and hospitable. Our only suggestion is to provide coffee every day for tired travelers. Our family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Rather than lug your bags all the way to a hotel near San Marco, stay here and experience amazing rooms, well-priced(for Venice) with amazing service and optional breakfast. Alberto and the staff were super delightful and you will find way more authentic restaurants for dinner around here as opposed to San Marco. About a 5-8 min walk from the train station.

Almost perfect. The room was too warm when we arrived and it took about 12 hours to get the temperature down after turning the heat off and opening windows. The rest of the stay was perfect.

The best part of Casa Martini was its location! So close to the train station and you can even take a boat taxi (€15 one-way) from the airport to the Guglie dock, which was only a 3 minute walk away.
Since we arrived late and the reception was already closed, they had kindly prepared all the materials required to check-in including instructions and necessary information. This was really convenient!
The rooms were clean and the bathroom spotless.
The only downside was how thin the walls and doors were. Good thing was that all the other guests were quiet and respectful, but you could clearly hear people the next morning getting ready to check out.

A lovely for a few days at Casa Martini. Nice and easy to get to the train station, bus station, and vaporetti station and so great for seeing Venice. Casa Martini is tucked away slightly which is nice and the gentleman on the front desk is really helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend.

5/5 Location. If you are coming from the airport, you could take the water taxi bus and stop at the Guglie station which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The location is near the cafes and restaurants and about 10 mins walk from the central station. 4/5 Room. The room was small. I wish there were more drawers available. 2 carry on suitcases fit our room well. The AC was great, slept comfortably with the bed. 3/5 Reception. The reception is only available from morning to afternoon. I was notified about it before the booking. I messaged the property if I needed something after 12 noon.

What a blast ! Classical venezian villa with the love to details . Really can not recommend more to stay there. Rooms a with classic interior. It is central in the city and you can easily access everything from there. Watertaxi , water bus or walk by foot. The team also can give you great recommendations for places to dine! Will happily come back !

The rooms are traditional Venetian style with modern twists. I loved the quirkiness of it. It is spotlessly clean. It does offer breakfast but I did not take advantage of it. The location is ideal just 4 minutes from the water-bus and 10minutes to the bus and train stations. The restaurants and bars nearby are lovely the best ones I found were right outside! I’d recommend having a stroll around as it’s a stunning location. It’s about a 20 minute walk to St Marks Square so just far enough away from the crowds. The staff are friendly, helpful and very informative. Would recommend!

Overall a great stay, the person in charge was extremely helpful and kind. The location was very quiet, around 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the San Marco area (where is was so busy we struggled to walk on the street). It also felt a bit more local and the restaurants around there a better quality than other areas of Venice. Will be recommending this place to friends and family.
