Hotel Nazionale

De locatie van het hotel was zeer comfortabel bij het treinstation, bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar het ontbijt was niet zo goed. Beperkte keuze als ik wist dat ik het ontbijt kon vermijden. Er was alleen roerei en gesneden ham, salami en kaas. Van de snoepjes waren de croissants leeg en met marmelade, een klein stukje cake dat in twee delen was verdeeld, wat yoghurt en gemengde fruitsalade, dat was het. Er was een mug in onze kamer. Ik raad slechts voor één nacht aan.

Locatie is niet slecht. Het is vrij dicht bij het treinstation en dat is het enige positieve. Ontbijt is oké. Heel basic, maar goed genoeg om gewoon de maag te vullen. Het hotel bevindt zich eigenlijk op niveau 2. Wees dus voorbereid op het beklimmen van de trap om de receptie te bereiken. Het is erg lastig, vooral als je zware bagage hebt. Het personeel aan de balie is niet vriendelijk. Ze kijken naar ons als we onze bagage naar boven dragen in plaats van ons te helpen. Er is geen warm water in de kamer. De enige beschikbare tijd is van 07.30 uur tot 10.00 uur, wanneer het zogenaamde restaurant open is. De meest belachelijke regel is dat ze ons vroegen om de kamersleutel terug te geven elke keer dat we weggingen. Zij zetten het dan op tafel of hangen het op. De sleutel zit vast aan een metalen voorwerp met kamernummer (echt groot). Iedereen kan het nummer zien en doorgeven. Als we terugkomen, vragen ze ons kamernummer en geven ze ons de sleutel zonder te verifiëren. Als we vragen wat als onze spullen verloren gaan als ze onze sleutel vasthouden, zegt het personeel alleen maar "IS OK, GEEN PROBLEEM"! Dit is volkomen onveilig en onprofessioneel! Zelfs Airbnb vroeg ons niet om de sleutel terug te geven toen we weggingen. Dit is de eerste keer dat we zo'n belachelijk verzoek tegenkomen. Hebt u als hotel trouwens niet de kans gekregen om de sleutels van uw kamer te upgraden naar een digitale kaart of iets effectiever? Train uw receptiepersoneel alstublieft op klantenservice!

We wilden de airco niet aanzetten en lieten het raam openstaan (wat geen klamboe is), maar we werden overspoeld door muggen ....

The are only bed and wifi. No other amenities such as refrigerator or water boiler. It is necessary to climb up stairs to go to reception which is in first floor. The hotel has two buildings. Our room is located in 2nd floor of the other building. The staff helped to bring one suitcase and my son bring another one. The booking confirmation email said that check out time is before 12:00. However, the clean up staff knocked our door twice in 9:00 and 10:00 again even though we have put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In around 10:30, the staff phone to room and said the check out time is 10:30. I told him the confirmation email said that the check out time is 12:00. Finally, we can still stay till 12:00. The communication is not clear.

There are stairs to go up to the hotel, but the friendly staff will help you with your luggage. The location is good, only few minutes walk from the station to the hotel. All the shops and restaurants are around.

They cheated us showing on web site 2 rooms adjacent for 4 people charge for 4 people I. 1 room 2 couples 4 adults So when asked that we go 2 people for different hotel they took tax for all of us. We went to near by much better hotel for less price good behavior. They even called us to vacate room by 1030 am

The entrance has stairs leading to the lobby on the first floor and no lift. So you will need to carry your luggage up. The corridor also has some steps. Room is okay. Location is very good as it is close to the train station and you can reach the hotel without any steps or bridge.

I was allocated to another hotel with the same hotel name, I thought the hotel has tower I and tower II, anyway, my room was quiet as it was faced the inner house which was fine for me. The only issue was it took almost 4 to 5 mins to have hot water when taken shower which was no good, specially on March still at the cold weather.

Location was only few walks from the train terminal. Nice yet simple hotel.
