The location of hotel was very comfortable to the train station, at the reception were very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast wasn’t so good . Limited choice if I knew I could avoid the breakfast. There was only scrambled eggs and sliced ham, salami and cheese. From the sweets were croissants empty and with marmalade, small piacesse of cake which was divided in two places, some yogurt and mixed fruit salad that’s it. There was mosquito in our room. I recommend only for one night.

Location is not bad. It is quite close to the train station and that is the only positive. Breakfast is ok. Very basic but good enough to just fill the stomach. The hotel is actually at level 2. So be prepared to climb up the staircase to reach the reception. It is very inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage. The staff at the counter is not friendly. They look at us when we carry our luggage up instead of helping us. There is not hot water in the room. The only time that is available is from 7.30am to 10am when the so-called restaurant is open. The most ridiculous rule is they requested us to return the room key every time we went out. They will then put it on the table or hang it up. The key is attached to a metal ware with room number (real big). Anyone can see and tell them the number. When we return, they ask for our room number and give us the key without verifying. When we ask what if our stuff gets lost when they hold our key, the staff just says "IS OK, NO PROBLEM"! This is totally unsafe and unprofessional! Even Airbnb didn't ask us to return the key when we went out. This is the first time we came across such a ridiculous request. By the way, as a hotel, didn't you get a chance to upgrade your room's keys to a digital card or something more effective? Please train your front desk staff on customer service!

Non volevamo accendere l'aria condizionata e abbiamo lasciato aperta la finestra(che è senza zanzariera ), ma ci siamo trovati invasi dalle zanzare....

There are stairs to go up to the hotel, but the friendly staff will help you with your luggage. The location is good, only few minutes walk from the station to the hotel. All the shops and restaurants are around.

They cheated us showing on web site 2 rooms adjacent for 4 people charge for 4 people I. 1 room 2 couples 4 adults So when asked that we go 2 people for different hotel they took tax for all of us. We went to near by much better hotel for less price good behavior. They even called us to vacate room by 1030 am

The entrance has stairs leading to the lobby on the first floor and no lift. So you will need to carry your luggage up. The corridor also has some steps. Room is okay. Location is very good as it is close to the train station and you can reach the hotel without any steps or bridge.

I was allocated to another hotel with the same hotel name, I thought the hotel has tower I and tower II, anyway, my room was quiet as it was faced the inner house which was fine for me. The only issue was it took almost 4 to 5 mins to have hot water when taken shower which was no good, specially on March still at the cold weather.

Location was only few walks from the train terminal. Nice yet simple hotel.

Fantastic location - only 7 minutes walk from the Bus Station, 5 minutes from the train station & water bus less than 5 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast & was more than adequate. Only a leisurely 25 minutes walk to St Marks Square & 15 minutes walk to the rialto bridge. Loads of lovely cafes & restaurants nearby. Very cheap considering other hotel options so definitely worth it & wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I every visit Venice again 👌
