All staff were lovely and friendly. The furniture in the room was pretty too and amenities were fulfilled enough. A little bit far from the port in Lido island but if you have a day transport ticket you can use it for the bus from the port to hotel and it takes only 4 minutes.

1、在lido島上，非常僻靜。
2、酒店裝修古典，有前庭後院，離海邊、教堂也很近。
3、早餐還行，有培根沒有煎蛋不開心。
4、下雨天，這個島可以逛的地方不多。
5、坐船5分鐘到主島，9.5歐，至少比主島動輒800人民幣的10平方酒店划算。

The Hotel was a good Choice cause what i liked Mist is the Call on the Island lido… we Got bikes from the Hotel so had a relaxed vacation Computer to super stressy Venice downtown… Here we could Go to Beach and nice Restaurants Or 15 minutes by boat to nice places und Venice. Rooms wäre clean and some with Venice View ✨

Lovely quiet hotel at the end of Lido. Easy to get to, lovely room, ample breakfast and wonderful swimming pool. Staff very kind and helpful. And they allow pets so I met a chihuahua called Roy on the sun loungers!

Sehr nettes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit Balkon Richtung Pool. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, es gab genügend Auswahl bei einem wunderbaren Ausblick vom Garten in die Lagune. Das Hotel befindet sich am Lido am Ende der Buslinie, zu Fuß ca. 15 min bis zur Vaporetto-Station. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Divulgue les mails confidentiels aux clients, dis qu'ils ont restaurant pour nous recevoir et nous dit plus tard qu'il n'y en a pas. Nous propose une partie de séjour chez eux et un transfert dans un autre hôtel pour la suite du séjour. N'importe quoi, heureusement que l'on a pas payé à l'avance comme ils l'exigeaient. On va porter plainte pour la divulgation des mails privés envoyés aux clients.

Este hotel nos pareció encantador tanto por su estilo clásico como por el servicio que recibimos. Desafortunadamente perdí una noche gracias a la cancelación de un vuelo, por lo que no pude disfrutarlo un poco más. PROS Se encuentra en el Lido de Venecia, alejado del bullicio, los malos olores y las inundaciones. Quizás para algunos esto sea negativo ya que hay que tomar barco para ir a Venecia (es un trayecto de aproximadamente 20 minutos). El servicio de desayuno buffet fue bastante vasto y con opciones ricas. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, el lugar es muy acogedor. El personal fue muy amable y sensatamente preocupado por hacernos sentir cómodos en todo momento. CONS El huevo duro del desayuno estaba muy crudo, tuve que dejarlo ocasionando desperdicio. Debido a que tiene jardín, hay algunos bichos que se cuelan a las habitaciones, parándose en las cortinas. No me han respondido mensajes solicitando una factura.
