The toilet is mouldy. The location is considered relatively inconvenient if one has heavy luggage given the bridges and stairs.

Great hotel at just 150 meters from San Marco Square. Great and friendly staff at reception. The location is very close to all the attraction but in a very quiet street. Very nice of the hotel to offer a discount on purchase in their Patisserie, next door (probably the most famous in Venice). Great room in modern style and very well decorated. Will definitely come back next time!

Walkable from water taxi, quick check in. Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and things to do. Room was big, clean and modern. Only downside was the heat kept turning off in the middle of the night and morning so it would get very cold being it was so cold in Venice at this time and our thermostat control wasn't working so they had to adjust it remotely.

Location is great for exploration of Venice and other Islands. But the pictures shown during booking are extremely exaggerated in terms of the size of rooms. Too small for two people with barely space on either side of the bed. Otherwise clean accommodations.

Stayed at the annex building. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Venice. Huge, modern shower was a bonus.

Great for exploring all that Venice has to offer. Staff very attentive. There is a cafe/bakers attached which offer a discount. Always a queue of people seen for the lively food sold here. Only grip would be the noise from other guests but not a lot the Hotel can do about that.

It was a very nice and very quaint hotel in a good location for walking around Venice. Always someone at the front desk so very easy to check in and we’re very helpful. Our room was clean and a comfortable size. Would be happy to stay there again.

Rosa Salva is a conveniently located, nice little budget friendly hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. There is a busy little bakery attached to the hotel, the pastries and espressos were really good! I did hear some loud noises coming from outside about 6:30AM, but I don't think we can fault the hotel for that. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Staying at Rosa Salva made Venice my most favorite place ever. We loved this hotel! So beautiful and convenient to everywhere! I would recommend this to everyone to stay here
