산타루치아역 바로 앞이라 캐리어 들고 수상버스 타거나 오래 걸을 필요가 없어 위치적으로 최고. 룸컨디션이 전반적으로 좋았고, 친절한 직원, 조식, 침대도 좋음. 베네치아를 또 방문한다면 망설임 없이 이곳으로 예약할 거 같음.

We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. The room was comfortable for three people but did not have blinds to account for daylights, it had see through linen. We may have missed something?? You can also buy coffee and croissant close by at a reasonable price.

Overall just a mediocre experience at the hotel. Very small hotel with only 1 lady for housekeeping service. We had to be very proactive to make sure our room got cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't find hotel staffs to be particularly attentive or friendly. Location wise it is unbeatable.

The cost of the breakfast was very pricy. The ad indicated a restaurant, but that was only for breakfast.

Stunning hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Superb clean room overlooking the Grand Canal. Breakfast was amazing served by the most polite and attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone

Not only was the property beautiful and the staff accommodating, but it was centrally located to walking the surrounding area. We loved our view of the canal! Thank you for a lovely stay, we would stay there again if we get back to Venice!

Hotel Santa Chiara is in a very convenient location, particularly for those traveling with large luggage. Trains and taxis are easily accessible, and the area is a bit more quiet than the more central area of Venice. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff are very friendly and efficient. They made me feel very well taken care of during my stay.
