I had a lovely stay at Ca de la Fonte. My flight was delayed so I didn't manage to check in at the sister hotel until 10pm but there was a lady there waiting for us who took us over to the apar**ent and showed us how to use the key card. There were a couple of downsides: Unfortunately the first night we couldn't get the air con to work but it turned out the key card just needed removing from the wall and slotting back in again! The mini fridge wasn't cold and when testing the safe it locked and wouldn't reopen (very glad it tested it before putting anything in there..) However the apar**ent was very comfortable and spacious and the location was perfect. We loved sitting in the courtyard for breakfast each morning and it was a 2 minute stroll to a fruit and veg stall and a Co-Op. The apar**ent was in a less touristy area so it was lovely passing by the local people on our walks.

This hotel was a little gem. From the outside it didnt look like much but it surpassed its self on the inside. We had 3 suites and they were breath taking. One had a little gem of a roof terrace and one had access to the cute court yard.
Rooms were so clean, towels were great.
They say to check in at a different hotel so make sure you read the emails.
There is no restaurant, kitchen or bar but everything's a stones throw away.
Glad i booked a bit out of town as soon as you hit st marks square it was people city
But overall could not fault it.

Nice hotel in Cannaregio Venice. Close to all attractions. Simple and clean. Amazing restaurants and cute Jazz bar close by. You do need to check into another hotel Ca Doro to get your key. Not a big deal. Customer service is great and always available.

Great location. Apar**ent was modern clean and swanky with great surprise roof terrace which was a lovely bonus.

It Takes longer to walk everywhere then shown in the description, but that’s Venice.
Not a 8 min walk to the train station but a 22 min walk.

Very nice property. Staff is quick to respond via WhatsApp messaging but they mixed up my room and we can to fit 4 into a room setup for 3. Otherwise it’s a very nice property. Make sure to pay attention to the check-in instructions as there is no traditional reception!

This is not a hotel. The rooms are extremely small, no amenities, no staff to help. Anyone with backache or problem with their legs do not go to this place. We had a horrible experience. Totally misrepresented and I am not sure how they got 9.2. There are no desk and chair . Totally bad experience .
