Прекрасный опыт с этим отелем начался с того, что нас поселили в номер для инвалидов. На все претензии , что мы бронировали обычный номер персонал говорил что отель распродан. Но через пол часа все же переселили нас в нормальный номер. Сделав "бесплатный " апгрейд. При выезде за него потребовали деньги .
В отеле отсутствует даже комплиментарная бутылка воды для приезжающих.
В номере не работал туалет . Невозможно было смыть, кнопка смыва не функционировала.
За 2 дня её так и не починили.
Плюс к этому персонал постоянно выходил курить в служебное помещение , на котором было написано запрещено курить, из-за чего постоянно ощущался запах сигарет .
Администратор при выезде полностью проигнорировал наши проблемы, потребовал денег за бесплатный апгрейд и даже не извинился за неудобства.

I chose the hotel for it's super location 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. The hotel is absolutely lovely with a canal side entrance for boats. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Booked a Deluxe Room with Canal view Double Bed
Sorry but leaning out of a 4 story window to see canal ???
As for Deluxe nothing deluxe about it.
Bed was 2 single pushed together
Lighting was poor
Heating did not work as is behind curtains no way for heat to get out
No Tea coffee in Room
Bathroom had black mould around bath no separate shower
Door did not seal properly
Staff on Check in says it was best for us to book dining out with them as local restaurants are vey busy
there is plenty places to eat and plenty of space
infect just about all restaurants sell the same food.
Breakfast was good plenty to Eat and Chose from
Would i stay here again NO

For the room we booked a junior suite however i have strong doubt ee got a j. Suite.

Great little hotel with lots of charm. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with tips and questions about how to get around Venice.
