Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала Санта Лючия. Из минусов — очень крутая узкая лестница, с чемоданом будет непросто. Кажется, во дворе есть бар, потому что одной ночью было очень громко и шумно, молодежь играла на барабанах. Зато можно почувствовать атмосферу :) Сам номер отличный, хорошая мягкая кровать, все чисто. Заселили раньше, за что отдельная благодарность.

Attention ce n’est pas le logement entier mais juste une chambre au sein de l’appartement. Les frais de séjour sont de 4€ par personne et par nuit.

A small room inside an apartment with a private bathroom and access to shared kitchen. Walls/ floor are thin could hear neighbours all around, but it’s an old building that’s to be expected. Room was nice, clean, small but still comfortable. Narrow stairs to get up to the rooms. Only issue we had was there nobody there to check you in and give keys. Just a piece of papers either instructions and your room keys. Neither of the papers had my name on them. Luckily I was able to call the host through WhatsApp and she told me what room. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay here and the location was nice and we felt safe!

We stayed 2 nights in Room 4 which is the top level suite in the accommodation. There is no lift, and a VERY steep and narrow set of stairs (4 stair sets). If you have large luggage, trouble with stairs, or small children, then be mindful. Our room was wonderful. Clean. Bright. Modern. The bathroom was large and great to have a skylight for natural light. The common space (kitchenette and dining) was clean. There was a party or gathering of sorts one night next door. Not certain if that was a one off thing or regular occurrence as it did appear to be a bar or restaurant but in any case, it was loud and busy the one night. Overall, this was a great place close to the train station for our quick trip into Venice.

It was close by to the train station so we did not need to carry our luggage far. There was a few stairs stairs in a skinny hall way to get up to room so that was difficult with luggage but other than that the place was nice and clean. No issues :)

The room is cozy, the bed was fantastically comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet, didn’t hear a thing outside. Two flights of quite steep narrow stairs to go up inside. There are several neighborhood bars around the corner. It was a short walk from the train station. Coop a few blocks over. We didn’t see or meet the hosts. It is self serve. The only thing missing was an iron. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were very nice and remote check-in was easy. The only drawback for us were the very steep and long and narrow staircase with our large suitcases.

Great location not too far from the train station, so you can get situated and settled after a ~7 min walk from the main station. The staff is friendly and made sure the place was very nice and clean. Regardless of the room you choose, you’re sharing the building with 3 other rooms and noises travel fairly easily throughout the building but nothing overwhelming. Overall, we deeply enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect place to be to enjoy Venice comfortably.

Horrible service. I don't even know how this property is even listed on **********. First, it's not a hotel, more like Airbnb. But the treatment is terrible anf rude behavior from the host. There is no front desk and they won't receive calls during the check-in time. After trying for 2 hours they did pick up the call but without any proper instructions they'd just hang up the call. That's not how you treat your customers! I had it reserved for 2 nights, I couldn't even check in in the first night since they didn't receive my calls. On the 2nd night with the help of ********** I was able to check in after waiting outside for 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and book another property. This will just ruin your day waiting hours to check in and even after checking in you'll find your room is at 5th floor on a building without any elevator!
