Probably the best place I have ever been. Great location, cosy, romantic apartment, very understanding, patient and kind hostess. Special thanks for the lovely gift she included. I've stayed in a few places in Venice before, but never so perfect. Level 6 on a 5 grade list.

Beautiful suite with all amenities- comfortable bed! Host is amazing and willing to help with any needs. Location is perfect - close to everything - can't beat it. The view from the rooftop terrace is delightful. We hope to return!

This was the perfect room for my husband and I to stay in during our 3 day/2 night stay in Venice. Very clean, comfortable, and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, minutes from the host bus and St Mark’s but not noisy. We had Valentine Suite which was like a little apartment with small kitchen and a balcony and two bedrooms. It was exactly what we needed and good value. Hostess is clearly delightful and thoughtful. Would book again.

We loved our stay at Residenza de l'Osmarin in the Valentine Sutie! It was one of the highlights of our 3 week tour of Italy. We loved the main room, the sweet little room tucked under the roof, the handy kitchen, the bountiful welcome basket and most of all the terrace! Thank-you Maria Elizabetta for making every aspect of our visit perfect!

Had a great stay in the Artist’s Room! Maria Elisabetta was very easy to communicate with about booking and arrival. We got to check in early as our plans had changed due to train strikes and she was very accommodating! There were treats left in the room upon check in and recommendations for restaurants etc. location was 10/10 and the room and view was perfect! Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Easy to find. Maria was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. A nice break from hotels in the middle of our trip.

We had a lovely stay here, Maria has been ever so accommodating we even arrived to a gift which was lovely! We were very close to the main square and other amenities and were a short walk away from some of the main attractions (bridge of sighs, Rialto bridge, St Marks bascilia, doge's palace and so on). We would recommend and stay here again.
