酒店並不近Venezia Santa Lucia火車站，需要搭1號線
船到S.Angelo，再行5分鐘，但酒店的位置還是近主要
景點的。
酒店是細規模經營，我今次的房間在第一層，每層有兩間房。房間的裝修挺有特色，窗戶對著的是後卷，但整體滿意。
特別要稱讚接待我們的前台員工，他非常有禮貌。
另外，覺得在威尼斯搭船挺貴的，單程75分鐘的船票
就要9.5歐，建議買日票
還有再下雨/潮漲的季節，穿對防水鞋。

Such a lovely place to stay. The building, decor, and flowers all help to make the hotel a beautiful site. The staff working on the front desk are so friendly and helpful. My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I'd love to stay there again.

This place was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been communicating with Giovanni. Originally I had a room booked here for one night. The hotel not only cancelled my room the day before my booking, but the CHARGED me for it too. I have been chasing a refund for 2 weeks with no response and no luck. Yet. I am reporting this hotel and this scam to the police. Appalling. Beware.

I love the way its so close to the beach and quiet. Everything was great here. But it really bothered me that some of the personal didnt speak english or german. But the thing that bothered me most were the rooms. It was really dark and almost no natural light. But most importantly there were no mosquito nets!! Just on the second night my daughter had 7 MOSQUITO BITES ON 1 LEG. Even i did. It was so bad she had them EVERYWHERE. She got a huge allergic reaction. She still complains about them to this day. If it was possible please install mosquito nets in atleast some rooms. I would even pay extra for that net. The food was delicious no complains but thats the only thing that kinda ruined it. Please fix it so me and other guests dont have to go through the pain. Thank you for understanding.

Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. It was the only place to sit in the room but I actually didn’t mind because the pillows provided great support and there were enough of them to do the job. My only complaint was that the air conditioner never quite cooled the room down to the temperature set even when we ran it all night. If you slept in front of the vent it was fine but in the night it would go into eco mode and I would have to lower it from 25 Celsius *again*. The room is very small but we were able to get by. The shower had great pressure and the water was very warm. I actually couldn’t get it as cool as I wanted when I came in off the street and wanted to cool down. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive. The welcome box in our room was a welcome surprise. Room was quiet. I never heard the other guests or the elevator and we were on the backside of it in room 10 on the 4th floor. The hotel is conveniently located and we were able to wander the streets and get lost. I liked the complimentary items in the fridge.

Over looking an amazing court yard. The staff are great, rooms were clean and very small. You are in Venice, transportation is available by boat everywhere. Very expensive, avoid driving to Venice as parking is 45 euro a day plus you take a ferry to get into Venice. I would stay here again

The structure itself is not bad only that during the stay there were many problems on our arrival the room was dirty with dust under the bed the bathroom there was a lot of limescale this is the reason that for whole time of our stay we didn’t ask for room service despite the staff rewarded with great service thanks especially to the receptionist Nick concierges not very smiley and trustworthy. The manager Eleonora was not bad at the reception you could see that she was at the front desk for the first time also for the prices/discounts.

Gorgeous little traditional.hotel in the heart of Venice, perfectly place to walk to the major sights and get water buses to others. Nice cafes and bars dotted around nearby. Staff welcoming and friendly and eager to help. Buffet breakfast served which you can take in the salon room or outside if weather nice. There's some nice produce and choices. I found the room a little cold in my first night but this was because I sleep with the window open and there was no blanket in the room, just sheets. Second night I asked for a blanket and that was so much better. Shower rooms include NUXE products so a nice little touch. I'd definately stay here again.
