Me and my family stayed at Ranglaya Royal with a lot of expectations from 26th March to 3rd April 2024. We were 3 people and they have charged the room for 3 individuals. Despite of that we were provided with only 2 bottles of water. Even after several times of reminding them we were provided with just 2 bottles of water. Then on 1st April I received a call from one of the staffs that they have increased the charge for the room from 1st April. And there were no prior information about this even though I had booked the room from 26th March till 12th April. After we checked out I received a call from them saying I have not paid for a water bottle of ₹30. I told them that even though they charged the room for 3 persons I was provided with only 2 bottles of water despite reminding them daily. I paid the ₹30 and left from there.......

The Hotel is at a reasonable distance to VIT, where I had to go for admission of my son. The hospitality, cleanliness, and facilities were up to the mark. The Restaurant is awesome serving some good delicacies. The courteous behaviour of all the staff members were really outstanding. Smiling faces all over the Hotel, always at their toe to help. Special mention for Ms Rupa, who helped me a lot to ***age my booking at a time, when there was really rush for the VIT admission process. I will definitely visit this property, when I visit again at Vellore, and definitely would recommend everyone who comes here.

Always enjoyed my stay because of the location, ambience, well maintained rooms, quality of food and service provided by staff of all departments. Restaurant has been re-designed (renovated) and looks great. Variety South Indian, North Indian and Continental items available provided in Complimentary breakfast. Mr. Johnson (Captain), Mr. Surya (Executive) and Mr. Ankit ***dal were courteous and friendly in taking care of guests.

Most awesome place to stay. Friendly ***agement and exceptional hospitality I have ever experienced when compared to all others. Do visit and get treated in Royal fashion. Behavioral staff and beautifully cleaned corridors and time to time room service and the way everyone talks with you/ambience, helping nature, friendliness + respect you get when speak with them is at different level.

Pleasent stay. Good ambient, Food taste and service is very good. Room is comfortable and well maintained. One of the best hotel near Katpadi railway station. Highly recommended for family. Staff behaviour is good and appreciated.

Getting Bad and unsafe. I stay frequently at this hotel. I normally Iron my clothes at the hotel room. Few months ago I noticed an Iron box given by the hotel was in bad condition- damaged wires, externally and improperly applied insulation tape to cover the damages in the wire. I informed the Hotel Staff about this and asked them not to give this Iron box to any guests since it’s unsafe to use. But my word of advice and caution got ignored, I stayed in the hotel again (Check in 15.03.2023 Check out 16.03.2023), I was provided with the same, damaged, unsafe iron box. As I was ironing I fortunately got away with small electric shock. The reason I write this review immediately is, if anything goes wrong or any accident happens in this hotel related to safety of guests, it will be probably due to sheer ignorance of the hotel staff not listening to the advice or caution of the guests.

Suddenly were planning going to Vellore. And choose nearest hotels rangalaya royal.were couple celebrate our wedding anniversary that palace I was tolaly excited the reason f decaration anniversary flower cake and lighting am was really told enjoy good ambience and everything good clean nd neet maintenance good customer welcome.if any on interest pls go that place and book you peaceful zone .the house keeping team is doing flower bed decoration it was amazing.the hk.Mr.***n, Mr.Rahul, Mr.kotarasu, Mr.Augum

I STAYED THERE FOR A WEEK , VERY GOOD HOTEL , MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. STAFF WERE VERY COURTEOUS, KIND & THEY WERE AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME ON A CALL. ROOMS ARE VERY NEAT , COMFORTABLE, AMENITIES ARE GOOD. BATHROOM IS VERY CLEAN & NEAT. FOOD AT THE RESTURANT IS VERY TASTY & VARIETY OF SPREAD IN BUFFET. ROOM SERVICE IS VERY GOOD . A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE ON A SOLO TRIP OR BUSINESS OR WITH FAMILY. THANKS TO FRONT OFFICE ESPECIALLY, WHO LOOKED AFTER ME VERY GOOD. THANKS RANGALAYA TEAM.
