性價比高（其實就是便宜），沒什麼大問題～房間裝修有點老舊，中規中矩吧

Older property nearing the end of its economic life. No room safe. No coffee maker. Soviet era AC system. The staff was nice at front desk and restaurant. This one is rough around the edges and reminds me of what a hotel must have been like when the communists were in charge.

This hotel is well situated. Our room was spacious and the views spectacular. We were less impressed with the staff and their service. For example, they would not replace tea bags in the room, butter at breakfast was rancid, and there was pressure to tip. It was no one thing but the overall attitude. Would not return here.

The hotel has amazing views and large rooms, it also has a swimming pool and spa and good parking and great food. Overall highly recommended. Minor negatives: - The hotel needs a TV bar, or other focal point for guests, the only coffee bar there appeared closed and the large area for seating near reception is quite sterile with no catering or bar area etc. - The carpets and rooms feel like they probably need a refresh/update

This hotel has been given a 4 star, so I had some expectations. Well, we stayed in a room facing the fortress, therefore we had a magnificent view, however just below there is a road and train tracks, and the windows are not sufficient to keep the noise away. Granted the rooms are large and the hotel's location is great. The furniture is a bit old and so are the curtains and carpet. Could it be that the 4 star classification is due to the fact that there is a nice view from some of the rooms, and that there is a spa in the premises and a restaurant? The tattered towels do not indicate 4-star to me, at best I would have given it a three star.

From all stages in the hotel you have a nice view on the city and the valley. We had a very good view on the city light show at evening, it was top. Even if the room remain confortable, the style and furniture are a bit outdated. Our group was served dinner at the hotel, and unfortunately the food was not really up to par. The boiled meat had no taste. For lunch, same observation, there were not enough products to satisfy all the customers. The pastries had disappeared after the passage of the first customers and were not renewed at all. We had to deal with the remaining elements. The hotel needs a serious refresh to maintain the advertised level.

Located in the oldest part of town, this hotel features beautiful views to the surrounding hills (you have to ask for the views!), a gorgeous breakfast, a restaurant and a bar. Friendly and efficient service and supreme cleanliness make it a clear winner.

The incredible view from Tvarevets facing room was in total contrast with room aspect, which, even if very clean, showsl ack of upgrade in last 10 years. With some update in room furniture and bathroom ( maybe a bigger shower instead of that uncomfortable bathtub., this hotel can be a real four star location. If they will update also spa area and breahfast diversity and impove the service in the restaurant can be even a five star hotel. Those negative aspects are compensated by quality of reception staff and cleaning.

Reception is friendly and unobtrusive. The room was huge! Though a little tired compared to some of the other rooms we stayed in, the room had no competition for the view out the window. We did not know about the weekly lightshow at the fort, and were treated to a fantastic view of it from the room. The main sights and restaurants are minutes away on foot, and there's parking available in front of the hotel or nearby up the street.
