We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BrijRama for two nights and what a blissful experience it was. I wish I could rate our experience as 7 Star*. Everything about the hotel is special and beyond the normal expectations. Food quality & range was unbelievable; the rooms were contemporary & comfortable with complimentary local goodies including paans every night, the hotel itself is very very impressive and most importantly, all the staff members across the hotel are unbelievably friendly, courteous and customer focussed - always smiling and always ready to cater to your requests. We were cravig for ***goes, they arranged them, we wanted golgappas and they made them for us. Just to name a few hotel staff members who made our stay so special - Fahad, Sameer, Nand and Abhilash. We could not have asked for anything more from a hotel, anywhere in the world and we have travelled extensively. We could come back to Varanasi just to enjoy the hotel hospitality again. Well Done BrijRama Team.

It's a lifetime experience. Stayed in Maharajah suite. The view of Ganges was the most beautiful. The hotel pampers the guest's The good is exceptional Local flavors. The staff including the drivers ( car and boat) are helpful and serviceable. Thanks to Mrs Kushi and Mr Nandi I had a wonderful unforgettable stay.

Myself and my wife had an excellent stay at this beautiful heritage place. It was highly recommended by my friend Mr Rajeev Dwivedi who insisted on our staying there. It is very strategically located close to the Dashashwamedh Ghat where the Ganga Arati is taking place. The room was very majestic and service excellent. I should note in particular Mr Preeyush the duty ***ager who’s motto was “Aditi Devo Bhava” They arranged a pandit to take us to Arati and ensured a front seat. The next day temple visits were organised and we were escorted by a pandit who could ***age the darshan and poojas without any hassle and at reasonable cost. The next day they arranged a complimentary boat ride to sea all the ghats in Ganges and also view the Arati from the River. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is eager to understand the heritage of Varanasi!

Just to let you all know that my parents had a great stay at Brij Rama palace and they are very happy with the entire services. Specially by Ms Khushi and her coordination. Wanted to thank each one of you personally for taking care of your guests in excellent ***ner I would love to visit once may be next year sometimes as my parents recommended. The venue is breathtaking, Service is impeccable. Food never ending and delicious. Even music and dancing to entertain whilst you dine. Words are not enough Definitely a place to visit again . Thank you from the Spirit House group. We will see you again

We spent 3 nights at the hotel during our recent trip around India. The hotel is situated on the banks of the Ganges, “in the middle of the action”, with ***y of the important sites within a few minutes’ walk. This is great for visiting, but severely restricts access to the hotel – it is impossible for motorised transport to reach the building, so arriving guests are collected from one of two ghats by boat. In good visibility this means there is a superb view of the river bank and hotel even before checking in. It is a small hotel, very a**ospheric, well furnished and equally well ***aged by its staff, who provided us with very good service. Afternoon tea, served on the terrace overlooking the river, and featuring various options of henna painting, pottery and astrology is not to be missed. Due to its location, the hotel restaurant serves only vegetarian food, and is alcohol free. The hotel is up-front about this, and the food was very good. One downside is the view from the rooms, as only a few of them, not including ours, have a river view. Overall the stay was very good, although expensive, but the price reflects the position of the hotel, and for this reason it represents good value for its easy access to the various religious sites
