Alles is duidelijk, maar er waren problemen met het eten; over het algemeen hield Cuba niet van het eten van de Cubanen

De locatie van het hotel is oké, met uitzicht op Central Park, maar het hotel is slechts gemiddeld. Ik zou liever verder weg blijven en naar Mantaza rijden om het te zien (er is niets te zien op deze plek, dus je kunt er blijven of niet)

Nieuwe en schone faciliteit. Maar koud ontbijt en zeer trage service. Er was een totaal gebrek aan warm water in de kamers voor beide nachten van de reis. Bovendien hebben ze de avond ervoor de kleding voor de was opgehaald en 's ochtends gevraagd om betaling met de ongewassen kleding. Casa bijzonderheden zijn beter

Charmant boetiekhotel in koloniale stijl, zeer centraal in Matanzas. Tijdelijke opvang, vriendelijke ontvangst, goede organisatie. Zeer mooie patio's op de begane grond. Moderne kamers op verschillende verdiepingen, maar geen lift. Maar het hotelpersoneel brengt de koffers naar de kamer. Gratis WiFi, maar werkt alleen op de patio. Mooie, voldoende grote kamers, schoon met hygiënische tegelvloeren. Moderne badkamer met traploze douche. Flatscreen TV, koelkast, kluis, airconditioning, koffiezetapparaat met koffie en thee. 1 fles water gratis. Zeer centrale ligging in Parque Libertad. Vanaf hier ligt bijna alles wat de moeite waard is om te zien in de stad op loopafstand. Interessant is dat het ontbijt niet als buffet wordt aangeboden, maar als gangenmenu. Was behoorlijk bevredigend. Wij hebben het restaurant niet bezocht. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. Het hotel is absoluut een aanrader!

We didn’t stay at the Velasco, but we went to the bar two nights in a row because the bartenders are all so nice. Osmay, Oliver and Yanerys all know how to mix great drinks. Osmay is the best at the “Velasco,” a drink named for the famous hotel itself. It is a colorful creation that has mint and grenadine liqueurs. He also speaks perfect English and is a gifted conversationalist whose passions outside of the bar are Baseball and Fishing. Yanerys is famous for inventing the “Purple Everest Daquiri” that includes a magical combination of wines and liquors that is not only extremely tasty, but also really beautiful when properly prepared (see pictures). Oliver is a gifted mixologist with a rich appreciation of the ingredients and techniques used, and regularly creates new and innovative mixed drinks. He showed us one design utilizing multiple colored liqueurs. Needless to say, this is a fun environment. It’s a beautiful hotel lobby bar with super nice staff.

Hace poco visite el Hotel Louvre. Fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Es un lugar muy acogedor, situado en un país con buen clima y gente amable. El Bar 66 tiene un ambiente tranquilo y divertido, con una coctelería exquisita y un servicio muy cercano, a la altura de los mas altos estandares gastronómicos.

Fui con mi esposa al Hotel Louvre a celebrar nuestro aniversario y quedamos encantados por la esmerada atención y la calidad en el servicio. Exhortamos a que mantengan ese nivel de profesionalidad, entrega y amabilidad con los usuarios. Muchas gracias.
