Müzik etkinlikleri fazla ve güzeldi.Öğle yemeklerinin yenildiği salonda güze fakat akşam yemekleri yenilen salon çok kargaşası uğultusu ses yalıtımı kötü. Personelin bir kısmı aşık suratlı.Bahcesi güzel..

Buena relación calidad-precio. Lo mejor de todo su staff, son muy simpáticos y serviciales, mención especial para Yohana, Roque...y muchos más de los que no recuerdo el nombre.

Il resort è vecchio e le camere necessitano di interventi di ristrutturazione così come tutto l'hotel. La pulizia delle camere inesistente, le asciugamani inutilizzabili per la puzza.
Il cibo sempre lo stesso, mai nessuna variazione, ma tutto sommato si riesce a mangiare qualcosa.
Unica nota positiva la spiaggia ed il mare.

Atendentes no check in impacientes, pouco simpáticas, ao serem demandadas por algum problema, Toalhas de banho manchadas, problema sem solução durante os 8 dias em que lá estive. Alegam que não têm toalhas de banho sem manchas. Banheira em mal estado de conservação, cortina da banheira encardida. Problemas com a fechadura do departamento comunicada ao hotel por voltadas 13 h do segundo dia hospedar em (não abria) não solucionado, levando o hóspede a ficar da 18h às 0h buscando a solução na portaria, tendo que se deslocar várias vezes pelo hotel para tratar do problema, solucionado apenas no dia seguinte. Alimentação e bebidas não álcoólicas simples, de qualidade regular servida no café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Alimentação.mais sofisticada de boa qualidade no jantar, nos dois restaurantes que atendem por reserva. Falta de informações ao turista sobre as opções de uso de transporte público na região de Varadero (BusTur). Atendentes priorizam indicar o uso de táxi para os turistas.

Linda ubicación y excelente playa, algunos detalles en el servicio pero que no cambian la experiencia en general que fue muy buena. Con un equipo de recreación excelente y su trato especial, muy proactivos. La alimentación está garantizada pues hay variedad, pero sus comidas insípidas y sin condimentar prácticamente, lo cual se puede resolver con simples aderezos o salsas, pero no fue el caso. Detalles fácil de superar proponiéndose brindar un mejor servicio al cliente.
