Great place just near the airport. Free and fast transfer takes only 15 minutes. Free and very tasty breakfast with warm food. Hotel also also have small dining area where you can warmup own food in microwave.

空港からはシャトルバスが出ていて、42番のバス停から乗れます、30分間隔くらいで運行してるみたいで助かります
チェックインはスムーズで生年月日とパスポート番号、住所、同伴者の名前、最後にサインでオッケー、受付のお姉さんもゆっくり英語で話してくれたのなんとなく理解できました、ありがとうございます。
その後搭乗券の印刷とお湯がないか聞いて、階段降りたころに湯沸かし器と電子レンジあるから使って、併せて男性スタッフがフォーク使っていいぞって言ってくれたのでカップ麺夜飯に食べれました。
搭乗券印刷も快諾していただきとても助かりました。
他の方も口コミて書いてるが、空港行きのシャトルバスが8時55分が最終なのは困る、せめてチェックアウト時間までは運行してほしい。
でもヘルシンキはUberでタクシー呼べたからオッケー、9€でした！

很喜歡酒店的氛圍，有機場接駁車，晚上在大堂裏，點杯啤酒🍺，爽歪歪。
負一有桑拿房，晚上6-8女士，8-10男士，舒服

Overall, the Pilot Hotel was very pleasing, working with us on our late arrival in from Rome with beverage service and a healthy, plentiful breakfast the next day.
The only thing was the airport shuttle upon our arrival. Times posted did not match the email received, no answer at the hotel, and the name of Pilot Hotel on the shuttle was very small and overshadowed by a much larger name of another hotel. We ended up taking a taxi and paying 30 Euros on something that should have been free.

Information on the shuttle was inaccurate. I received email telling me to call a telephone number when I have picked up my luggage. All they told me was to go to bus platform #42 to catch the bus. No need to make an international phone call. Also, the email said latest bus in morning to the airport was at 8:00 AM. When I checked in, the receptionist told me the last bus was at 7:55. Had I gone by the information in the email, I would have missed the bus.

The rooms were extremely war, only one window opened. There was a small fan, but not enough to love any serious amount of air. I’d stayed there before and will probably return if not during hot time of year.

Pleasant and clean hotel only a short taxi ride from the airport (my flight arrived too late for the free shuttle bus).
Comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom. The room was a little warm for me with no thermostatic controls that i could see but might be fine for other people.
Lovely breakfast was a great start to the day.
