Excelente hotel, acogedor y enfrente de la catedral, mejor ubicado imposible. Preciosa decoración y personal muy agradable. Colchón perfecto. Baño amplio y moderno con artículos de aseo

We hebben hier 2 nachten verbleven in september. Kamer op de eerste etage. Ik had via e-mail vooraf een parkeerplaats onder het hotel gereserveerd (€15/nacht), via e-mail ontving ik een video met instructies hoe je de parkeergarage moest bereiken en hoe de auto-lift functioneert. Heel handig! Check-in verliep ook heel vlot. Kamer is netjes, de tv en bed (matrimonio) hadden wel wat groter gemogen.. ook vielen we buiten het WiFi-bereik van alle etages. Het hotel biedt aan het aangrenzende koffie-tentje een heel leuk ontbijt voor €4,90 of €11,00 voor een menu. Ook daar is de bediening super, een gezellig team dames zorgt ervoor dat je dag met een glimlach begint. De ligging is fantastisch, hartje centrum aan de voet van de kathedraal. Tegen geluidsoverlast heb je een dubbele partij ramen, we hebben dus ook heerlijk geslapen! Aanrader, absoluut!

Nice quiet hotel and ideal for some site seeing around Valladolid. The lady at check in was extremely helpful especially by suggesting places to see and when restaurants would be open for the evening. Rooms were spacious and as a family of three it was handy having the main bedroom on a separate level to the sofa bed.

HOTEL MUY CENTRICO, JUNTO A LA CATEDRAL, JUNTO A LA UNIVERSIDAD, EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, DECORADDO CON MUY BUEN GUSTO Y MUCHA LIMPIEZA, TANTO EN LAS INSTALACIONES COMO EN LA HABITACIÓN. ES LA TERCERA VEZ QUE VOY Y VOLVERÉ DE NUEVO.

This charming hotel is literally next door to the Cathedral. It is on a quiet plaza and the rooms are very very clean and nice. A tasty breakfast is offered at the lobby for a very reasonable price and the patio is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I would stay here again.

This hotel is modern, happening, very comfortable, friendly and ideally located in one of the very elegant squares surrounding the cathedral which is of undecided style but gigantic and impressive. Everything was absolutely perfect, staff was wonderful.

The hotel is very close to the Cathedral. I was pleasantly surprised to have a close view of the Cathedral from the balcony of my room. What I also like is that there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel where you can take the bus to the Renfe train station. The only issue I had was that there was no water from the shower during one of the nights of my stay, but this was quickly resolved after calling the front desk.
