Llamar estudio a una habitación de 20 metros cuadrados en la q va incluida una cocina y una mesa y dos sillas es un arte y un engaño. La televisión está en una pared lateral de la cama, imposible de ver si no rompes el cuello. Una mini ventana en un bajo super indiscreta. Paredes sucias, de lo fácil q resulta tropezar con ellas. La cama ya se imagina no muy grande. Engaño pq las fotos de los estudios de la página ni se parecen.

Stayed for 4 nights during Feb and booked the "studio room". Load of horse sh*t. May as well have asked a random person if I can stay in their flat. It's an annex built in the middle of tall buildings with no charm/vibe at all. Good look getting a view of the sky. The pictures look fine online, until your in the room and find marks all over the walls, holes and peeling plaster board. Cherry on the cake was having a window which overlooks a white wall. Their entire "24hr reception" is also horse sh*t. They rely on emails to communicate and I was not sent anything before arriving. In these emails are your codes to the app and building. There is no physical reception its all done through an app you have to download, good luck if you don't have phone data/WIFI. Your put through to a call centre to enter the building and they call the shots. Probably because they're too scared to face people for their crap service so they send the one minion who works there who turns up when she wants and keeps you waiting all day on a holiday you've been looking forward too. So any requests you have wont be dealt with until pigs fly. A room was requested at no charge due to their complete lack of organisation, timeliness a failure to accommodate our needs and provide us with correct information which led to booked experiences to be cancelled. They were unwilling to do so we were forced to pay more. All in all a complete dumpster fire of a hotel with the worst management and organisation I've ever seen. Cancel your booking if you've made one. Don't give them your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

La camera era molto carina ma molto molto basic. Non è possibile che in una camera, manchino completamente gli armadi e che il bagno sia enorme (ma potevano usare quello spazio per inserire armadi). La posizione è ottima perché molto vicina al centro. Lo consiglio se devi fare un weekend ma sicuramente non se devi stare più giorni

The all webbased checkin process is confusing as hell. However, once you get through it, everything is great.

Un apartamento estudio moderno y confortable. Muy limpio. Ofrece también un pequeño set de limpieza. Sugerimos añadir un escurreplatos ya que no hay lavavajillas. La ubicación es excelente: transportes, tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el check-in porque en el portal del edificio la llave digital no funcionaba en ese momento. Nos asistieron por teléfono, solicitando datos personales para abrir la puerta a distancia.

MUY BIEN EN GENERAL POR SITUACION MUY COMPLETO, LA UNICA PEGA ES QUE EN EL BAÑO NO TIENE SITIO PARA COLGAR LAS TOALLAS.

I, by mistake, did not click on the option to purchase insurance to allow me to change or cancel my stay. In the days before leaving for Spain from the USA we canceled our entire trip because of a medical issue for one of us. We did not go and I learned to late that my stay at Libere Valencia Abastos in Valencia, Valencia Community Spain was not refundable. I lost $200.00 because they charged my card immediately and never responded to my email to request refund for my medical cancellation. Beware when planning to reserve a room at this hotel!
