Buon Hotel in posizione lontana

Alles was perfect voor ons verblijf. Bushalte voor de deur die je zo naar het centrum brengt. Ook zit je op loopafstand van het science park. Supermarkt is 2 minuten lopen. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Het enige minpunt was dat het wel gehorig was. Wij hadden overlast van 2 jongens die in de nacht herrie maakten. Toen we dir melden kregen we een andere kamer op een rustige plek.

Mooi hotel maar er missen wat dingen, zoals een waterkoker en de huisregels op de kamer (ontbijt tijden/in en uit check tijdens etc.)

호텔직원은 친절하고 호텔방도 청결한 상태였어요. 아침 부페는 괜찮은데 저녁은 별로 였어요. 메뉴도 한정되어있고 테이블도 깨끗하지 못했고 햄버거을 시켰는데 안에있는 소고기가 덜익어서 거의 먹지 못하고 버렸어요.

Hotel correcto, personal muy amable y estupendos desayunos. Situado a pocos minutos a pie de la Ciudad de las Artes. Muy cerca de varias estaciones de autobús y relativamente cerca del metro. Mejor usar el parking, zona complicada para aparcar.

We stayed in a superior double room (511) which was very quiet, lovely comfy bed and pillows. The rooms were cleaned everyday but not too early and with little noise. Only issue was the tv had only one English speaking channel.
Check in by Carmina was very easy as I had checked in online beforehand.
The breakfast each morning was very nice with a good selection. They even had prosecco which I enjoyed with my orange juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the Arts and Science centre which we both enjoyed. The city centre is a good 20/25 mins walk from the hotel but its an enjoyable walk.
The area outside of the hotel is quite untidy and shabby looking. Of the 6 nights, we ate at a lovely Indian restaurant called Mr. India just across the road from the hotel. Food was fabulous. There are not many more restaurants in the area.
There are 2 shopping centres just past the Arts and Science centre (again within walking distance) which have loads of shops and restaurants.

El personal de recepción no era amable. El baño no teñía ventilación y los colchones estaban en pésimo estado.
