The staff was very friendly, place was surprisingly clean and kept up well ..we would definitely stay again.our room was very spacious, more like 2 bedroom than 1 .breakfast was good also

WiFi was nonexistent. I called the front desk and she said she would reboot it, but the full house probably was the reason. That sure didn’t help me with th8ngs I needed to get done, Never got WiFi while I was there. The roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was about a 1/3 of a roll. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was okay.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. We left too early to see the breakfast but at 5am there was someone there to check me out. If I was in the area I would definitely stay here again. Maybe I'd get to try the breakfast this time.

The toilet was functioning very poorly, the handle was broken. But worst of all were the mattresses in the room. They were old and broken, and the frame underneath was too small for them. Under those conditions is better to find some other hotel in Valdosta.

Beds are super low and uncomfortable. Mine squeaked anytime I moved. The kicker was the elevator being out of order. After paying $225 for one night in glorious Valdosta ga jumping my stuff down two flights of stairs isn’t my idea of fun. It’s a steep price for what was received. Staff at checking was very nice. The room as clean but won’t be back. Too steep for a sore back and not having a working elevator. I had a handicap room for a reason so stairs weren’t something easy for me.

Very sp**** breakfast offerings & choices. When a guest asked staff for more servings of yogurt, reply was there was none. No bagels or English muffins; just 3 slices of bread. No fresh fruit.

The hotel needs some upgrades in the room but the lobby is nice. It also could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit, no unsweetened oa**eal, definitely hard to have anything healthy with their selections. It was pet friendly and the staff were very pleasant.
