The hotel rooms are spacious and cozy. I really enjoyed the service provided. Overall the hotel was Clean. The foyer and the room were tidy and had good ambience The overall food taste was awesome with exhaustive menu. However the pricing seems little high comparatively.

Having stayed ***y times at Express Residency, Vadodara for business visits, this time I was here with my wife, just for a night’s stay. Almost everything was as expected. The room, the bed, air conditioning, shower was good. It was quiet through the night. The breakfast spread and service was very good, which made a good start to the day. The location is very handy - near the train station and other shops & restaurants; but on a quiet street a few hundred meters off the busy main road. They also allowed a slightly delayed check out for us. The only odd thing was that the front desk staff insisted for a local Indian physical address- although we are non-resident Indians! I have never been asked this before in my ***y travels and stay at ***y places at this hotel and elsewhere in India! All said and done, I will happily stay here again.

The hotel has a convenient location and efficient room service, there are several areas that require immediate attention. Although the front desk staff, notably Kajal, were helpful and cooperative, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were unsatisfactory. Peeling paint in the washroom, unclean commodes and a broken flush button are unacceptable and require immediate attention. The hotel ***agement should prioritise the hotel's upkeep and address these issues promptly to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It is a clean, neat hotel, with great service standards... Great food as well... I have stayed here ***y times, each time was pleasant.. The quality of food, service, at their restaurants, Reception, housekeeping, in general is quite impressive.

I have been here for the past nine days I was due to leave after five days but we extended our stay as the staff,especially Mariyam , was delightful. She made a special effort to find me a room that suited me to which I was very grateful. I would highly recommend Express residency to anyone who would like a nice quiet relaxing experience.

Neat & calm location. Clean interiors. The restaurant is good. Though the Italian dishes could have been made more authentic. The minestrone soup was more like Gujarati tomato veg rassa curry. The Pizza lacked the punch because of very less application of the pizza sauce. When I asked for additional sauce, the waiter informed that it cannot be given as it's in deep freezer and brought a totally different basil sauce that gave a different taste. The open continental sandwiches were good. Overall the service and experience was good.

Excellent location central to all shopping areas . Great caring professional staff , Very accommodating for all customers ,very safe environment ,great food breakfast lunch and dinner available including quick room service Highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel surprisingly does not have a ramp for wheelchair users and one has to take a few steps to get in. Even the railing for these steps is not proper, making it very difficult for seniors and physically challanged people to get in or out.
Secondly, the parking in the premises is very limited and can accomodate only a few cars. If there is no space, one has to park the car in the street. This can of course be done by the security personnel of the Hotel.
Thirdly, when we checked in the Hotel (Room No. 308), there was some drilling and similar repairing work going on at the fourth floor, making lot of noise. Despite our having complaint to the Receptionist for this and despite she having agreed to ensure that they stop making such noise in the afternoon hours on that day, the work and the irritating noise continued for next more than two hours.
Barring the above, the Hotel is good. The staff is cooperative and we do not have any other complaint.

The both staff at reception and room service were very supportive and helpful. One of the best hotel to stay in Vadodara. The food served at breakfast and dinner were delicious. I would recommend my friends about the hotel.
