Hotels bij Ōya Temple (Oya Kannon), Utsunomiya

Great Stay with Convenient Location! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The onsen (hot spring) facility was a fantastic bonus—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a McDonald’s just downstairs, which was great for quick meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it’s close to public transport and attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, relaxing onsen, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent location with ample paid parking around, there are cheaper overnight parking around slightly further down from the hotel's partner parking lots. Rooms were small and cozy with everything you need, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bathroom however is rather small and not suitable for elderly. The free breakfast provided in the lounge area is a variety of pastries and breads, you can take one to go as well.

If you don't need to be right by the train station this is a good option. It is 1km walk. Residential neighborhood with a grocery store and other stores nearby. Faces the river. Feels like an English Bed and Breakfast. The service and food were the stars. We had breakfast 2 mornings and 1 dinner. All were excellent. 

The location was great, right by the station. Check-in was fast and easy. They stored my luggage for the day and when I came back it was already taken to my room. COmfortable bed and blackout curtains. I had a corner room with two windows to different directions.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

駅からははなれてますが、車のある方は全然いいですね！ 駅前に2万円近く払うくらいなら こちらのホテルで全く問題ないですね！ 部屋は比較的広い テレビもYouTubeも見れます！

前往日光旅遊及在宇都宮吃餃子，所以在這裏睡了一晚。位置距離車站有少許遠，酒店較為舊式，是一般的商務酒店，衛生程度可以接受，酒店工作人員服務質素很好，態度很親切，而在這裏洗衣是免費的。對於短期逗留來說，整體上是不錯的

The hotel is cozy rather than spacious, but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1-2 nights. Its location is convenient, just a short walk from the JR station. However, one thing to note is that the soundproofing could be better, as I could hear laughter and chatter from the hotel opposite until late at night.

It's a relatively short walk from Utsunomiya Station. It's on the quiter neighbourhood area so you dont get much activity at night. Place is relatively old but functional. Booked it on around $40.
