I chose non-smoking room, and I am glad that there was no smell. The bed mattress was hard and bed sheet was stitched. Besides that room was good. In the trip.com app it was mentioned that there is facility of airport bus shuttle service by the hotel. But that's not the case, as I asked the reception about it and they said no such service is provided. I will recommend others if they just want to spend a night to catch a early morning flight then it's better to book a hotel near the airport. It will also be less cheaper then this one. But if you want to stay for a longer period of time then I will suggest that you could book this hotel.

If from Airport need to take Taxi to The hotel around 20 minutes from Airport
They is restaurant & Grocer if you need something
also the hotel give breakfast

Nice room - they even upgraded me without asking. Staff were curteous and helpful depsite speaking little English, Breakfast included and even supplied a supper

Second stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast included Chinese and Uyghur/kazakh food and pastry. Staff at front desk were professional. Location is good; 10 minutes by taxi to International Grand Bazaar and about 25 minutes drive to airport (35-40 rmb)

Good location and fair price.
I liked the desk in my room, great for work.
The bed was not comfy though and the cigarette smell was pertinent.

This hotel is so bad. The staff is incredibly rude and acts like they are making you a favor by even talking to you. Half of the electrical equipment in the room didn't work and wifi was the poorest I had in China. The room looks nice at first but it's definitely in a need of redecorating. I really don't know how this hotel got 4 stars but it definitely doesn't worth it. The only bright side is that it's located really close to the downtown
