Find the hotel well located and easy to get around. Didn’t quite like the noise as it’s in the city Centre and had no air conditioning when we stayed in mid April, so we had to open window to reduce room temperature. Breakfast was good. Taxis easy to find. Ok for guests who are not light sleepers. :D

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially the front desk girl who helped us to book the local tour(we did have a great time and really appreciated her). There are some local market nearby hotel, you could easily find delicious local food there!
酒店員工非常友好且樂於幫忙，從第一天入住邊有很好的體驗，從門口的警衛、前台到客房清潔員對待客人都很有禮貌，特別感謝幫助我們線上預定旅遊團的前台小姊姊（我跟母親玩得很高興）離開飯店時，警衛阿姨幫忙抬行李跟打車的舉動都讓人覺得很貼心，也讓我們這次新疆旅遊留下的不只是美麗的風景還有溫暖的人情！

I just checked out staying at this hotel right in the heart of the business district. The folks at the front desk and the guards were super friendly and helpful. But, here's the thing – there was this weird smell lingering in the lobby and even worse in the room. Plus, during winter, the lack of a floor heater made it feel like I was camping in the snow. Overall, the location was unbeatable and the staff were great, but they really need to work on getting rid of that smell and adding some heat for the colder months.

Well situated in the city centre 400m from Nanmen subway, this is one of those rare hotels that is actually better than what the photographs show. Was expecting it to be somewhat run down but this is far from the case.
The business room contained two seperate rooms, three comfortable lounge chairs, a large coffee table as well as other furnishings. Two large windows with huge sills offered loads of light, space and expansive view of the cityscape. There is ample heating inside. There is wet/dry separation in the bathroom via a curtain, which works well enough. The hotel provides floor nats and good quality towels that are replaced daily. The hot water system is responsive and water pressure good. Plenty of space for personal items on bathroom vanity area. Very good room choice and a decent hotel. Accepts foreigners. Recommend.

Good hotel, I have stayed here several times, for the price and location it's perfect. There is smoking in the hotel and no refrigerators in the room. Everything else is great. Close to the subway, lots of restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the lowest room category and we thought it was very good value. They except foreigners. The staff, especially the security staff, were very cheerful and friendly, The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The only thing I would change is the temperature in the hallways and the breakfast room; there didn’t appear to be heating in these places and so it was pretty cold. We were there in December (so it was -15 degrees outside on average). Overall we were very happy.

Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many convenient stores and restaurants, no need to worry about food and shopping.
Facilities and cleanliness are also perfect. I cannot speak Chinese but the front ladies help a lot and support with the Baidu Translate, I really much much appreciated!
If I have a chance to be there again, I won't look for another hotel except JinJiangInn. You made my trip so memorable, thank you! Xie Xie.

Location is good and near subway train. Plenty of food and shops around the hotel.
The room was very dirty, I could find hair and ********** everywhere on the floor of the room.
Room was noisy as it was next to the Main Street and sound insulation was bad. Smell of cigarette smoke even in the elevator.
Staff was friendly and helpful
Need to improve on condition of room, especially cleanliness.
