My kids love the lobby , can do fishing , but I am sad coz the mega zip was closed on my 2days due to windy n rainy weather.

The hotel has a good outlook. The staff are energetic and polite. Some facility is a bit old fashion. The main lighting switches are difficult to find and not obvious. The room is a bit humid and has some small buds from time to time. The breakfast has much less variety than a 5-star hotel and not quite worth for the charge (normally not included in the room rate). Charges for indoor pool and chairs/umbrella on the beach, not within expectation. The hotel has a lot of facilities for children.

front desk staff helpful & great arrangement. More activity can reserve on beach play counter. Especially beach play counter staff very funny & nice. Thank you for diving staff very professional & helpful for my first time diving with my wife. Strongly recommend choose this resort.

Service was very good at the hotel. But too bad on the 2 nights we stayed there, it was windy and a bit of rain so most of the water activities were closed due to bad weather so couldn't have a full experience of the hotel/

海景房的環境非常美麗，天氣好，可以望到美麗的日落；酒店的自助晚餐，雖然款式唔算太多，但質素非常之唔錯！我第一晚就和家人係酒店品嚐自助晚餐；酒店有自己的沙灘，好多水上活動設施，好值得玩，特別係有一個飛索飛越沙灘，費用唔算貴！在沙灘內更可爬獨木舟都係一樣唔錯的選擇。

沙灘很美，想你美麗海公園和美國村的海景而已，喜來登的海，層次更鮮明，更乾淨。這次旅行，引起爆棚，在梅雨季趕上來唯一幾天的艷陽天，但下海的話對國內寶寶來説還是有點冷的。酒店就一個自助餐廳，吃的相對簡單，沒有國內的自助餐豐富，酒店出去左轉就能看到全家，右轉一路有很多居酒屋。酒店給我們加了一個床，加上旁邊的沙發床，不用擔心孩子半夜會滾下去。大堂除了餵魚和小的小童樂園還有做小手工的（需要付費），挺不錯的入住體驗，下次還會再訂。
