It was a top experience, and a 100, from the staff to the restaurant you will feel cared of. All the stay was very comfortable and cozy.

Hotel was generally very good. Staff in the hotel were very nice and kind. The room was quite calm. It's good for the rest. Near the hotel is a fuel station and a lot of shopping centres. For sure, I will come back to this hotel during my next trip to Uppsala.

good hotel for 1 or 2 Nights. Fair price, clean, modern and quiet room, free parking. One thing: it was to warm in our room, but we can‘t open the window or reduce the temperature by ourself. Breakfast is good

Clean room, comfy bed. Very breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient for spots arenas, we came for a hocvkey match. Bit of a walk into town, but there is excellent public transport into town. Great value for money. Will stay again.

We stayed with my spouse between November 26th and December 1st. It was our first visit to Uppsala. The hotel's location, being close to shopping centers, was very convenient. It's not in the center but still quite nice. We didn't face any problems with transportation. The rooms were standard hotel rooms. I didn't like the minimal sink basin at all; it's an architectural flaw. You can't comfortably wash your face. The room thermostat wasn't working on the night we arrived. I requested an extra blanket from the lady at the reception. They also sent technical service. The issue was resolved with a spare electric heater. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. There's 24-hour tea, coffee, and hot beverages available in the lobby. Additionally, there's a small bar. We used the à la carte restaurant a few times and were satisfied. The meals were tasty, and the chef was skilled. One thing I observed and appreciated was the serious approach of the hotel manager, especially her diligent attitude on the premises. She was even dealing with a car stuck in the snow in the parking lot. Her attitude seemed to reflect on the staff; the receptionists were very friendly and embodied traditional Swedish politeness. I really liked it. They are solution-oriented. The hotel provided an optimal stay for us during our 5-day trip. Overall, I can say I liked it. I can recommend it to those considering staying there

Great hotel, with good breakfast and good services. Very friendly staff. It’s just not located centrally to Uppsala.

The Sauna was occupied until 2300 hrs on Saturday... Don´t know how many there are, or how long the booking intervals on that one are, but I did not get the opportunity to use it... The AC was turned off for the season or some such... No way to cool the room down... One BIG minus is the fact that Swedish currency is not accepted as a payment option... We went to Cirkle K across the road to get some "dinner"...

Breakfast, spa and common areas are great. Eating and shopping are within walking distance. The room was small and the bathroom not as clean as I would expect for the price.

Really nice hotel and employees. Whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was on a level above stated hotel price. Employees are nice and professional, hotel room was same as on photo (rare occurrence), breakfast was good.
