Staff was very friendly.
However, check in is at 3. Our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning. Curtains weren't even installed.
On top of all that we paid extra to stay here as we felt it was much nicer than the competition and they had a hot tub/pool. The hot tub was closed and pool heater wasn't working. Not happy about spending that much money and not even getting to use the facilities

The place was clean and updated. Our room was very comfortable with many conveniences like a desk, couch, bench seat, coat closet, large hassock. The continental breakfast was great!

Andrea was very welcoming and kind but the exterior adjacent areas could be more appealing (pet area; ideally without a large shipping container)

The rooms were nice, clean and updated. The beds were comfortable also. For of value, it was a very comfortable place to stay.
The location is in a shopping/industrial area, but it was a convenient place for us. I would stay here again.

Lobby is clean and welcoming. Our room was in bad shape, I was surprised since the reviews were so positive. Maybe we just had a dud. Pool area looks ok, gym is clean but very limited.

We were only there overnight to attend a concert celebrating Valentines Day and our Anniversary. The hotel was clean the beds comfortable. The desk staff and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. The young man in the kitchen ( young to us) fixed a nice breakfast, quickly refilled items that were out when we came in.i was excited to see many incidentals offered in sugar free . The cookies in the evening were wonderful. It was our first stay there and we will definitely be back. I took off onecstar because i was not a fan of the small square pillows. Had i not brought my own pillow from home i would not have been able to sleep.

Amazing stay! Everything was great. Very comfortable accommodations. The staff were gracious and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and warm. The afternoon soup and cookies were above and beyond.

Tony at the front desk has been so friendly and helpful. Even when I called before arriving with questions, he worked diligently to help me out. This guy deserves a raise.
