Overall room is clean and well maintained, now hotel moved towards contactless system without staff interaction, location is good and convenient.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the shopping center. Rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathroom. The air conditioner is not operated well, so we need to open the window all the time. We can't sleep because outside is really noisy at night. The breakfast is delicious but only two choices.

Location is very good in main stream area. Although, parking is limited with very low car height restrictions.

Hotel recommended by a friend. A decent hotel in the center of Ulsan. The room is the same size as the similarly priced hotels in the area, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and willing to assist with information. Many choices around the hotel for shopping and dining.
