Nice stay, very close to mahakaal temple. You get auto from nearby. The suite room was good for family.

It was a good stay. Booked through mmt. Hotel staff were helpful and cooperative. Room quality was good. For food we opt outside due to unavailability at hotel. Amenities as per mm t promissed. No issue with service. Only thing missed was natural light and air due to no window in room.

Property manager is very good. Guided well. Location is very good. Rooms are spacious tooo. Only tea & coffee is available in hotel premises. They even get cabs arranged for travel purposes.

Very poor infrastructure. No parking facilities were there. Cockroaches were wandering here and there in room. Service provided by hotel staff were extremely poor

Hotel was not at all clean, there were cockroaches in the room. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Bad smell in lobby and and walls were filthy. Not at all recommended for family.

We booked a royal room, but we had provided a very small room, no windows, no cross ventilation, we suffered sofocation and the geyser was switched off early in the morning and many more problems,

Good hotel for a stay visit to mahakaleshwar within 10 mins to temple. Staff is cooperative network issue within the rooms, thanks to their free wifi
