Единственное, что хорошее в этом отеле-молодой человек, который нас оформлял при заезде 06.07.2023г. Все остальное оставляет желать лучшего🤦♀️ Москитной сетки на окне нет О кондиционере тут вообще никогда не слышали Телевизор заработал с 10 раза А покрывало, которое в шкафу лежало, вообще воняет сыростью в перемешку с мочой🤦♀️ И очень странные неприятные запахи в Холле на первом этаже И самое главное! Мы приехали на операцию, оплатили за 2 суток сразу. Но так получилось, что в операции нам отказали и мы собрались уехать на сутки раньше. Пришли с больницы в отель в 13.30. Сказали что хотим выехать и готовы доплатить как за 1,5 суток. Попросили вернуть деньги за 0,5 суток. В чем нам отказали. Сказав, что оплата у них берется только как за сутки и хотите выезжайте, хотите нет, оплата полная остаётся у них. Не рекомендую никому этот отель!

Месторасположение данного отеля буквально спасло мне жизнь. Ехав на экскурсионном автобусе, мне стало очень плохо, уведев из окна "hotel", попросили автобус остановиться и высадить. Огромное человеческое спасибо портье Денису и администратору Гулие за то, что оперативно оформили, проводили в полубессознательном состоянии до номера. В номерах чисто, уютно, тепло и красиво, всё работает, вода и теплая, и холодная. От отеля все в шаговой доступности, в т.ч. все основные достопримечательности.
