Oberoi does it again! Although the pictures on the web site look amazing, they do not do justice on how incredible this property actually is. It is stunning! When in India, we always try to stay with Oberoi as the experience from check in to check out is absolutely triple first class! Our 30th anniversary was celebrated in style and the attentive hotel staff always had a reminder for us at hand throughout our memorable stay. Special mentions go out to: Sakshi Singh (intern) - for helping my wife put on her sari on for dinner Akash - for making delicious drinks for us at the lakeside bar Kishan - our boat driver for taking us around the lake at sunset For those looking for an unforgettable stay in Udaipur - this is the one! Thanks Team Oberoi - you are incredible.

Excellent service and amicable staff. Food was of lesser quality than the local competitors and due to new recruits service was quite slow and haphazard. Very nice ambiance in all hotel restaurants. Beautiful upkeep of all gardens. Rooms are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning property with staff that makes sure you have the best possible stay. I would rate this hotel six stars if possible. Anticipate spending at least one whole day at the hotel to take advance of the amenities and beauty. I wish the hotel were closer to home so I could come back.

I was celebrating my parent's anniversary & had booked a dinner at Udaimahal. Pranav and Puja made our occassion even more special with their warmth and impeccable hospitality. Food was amazing & service was top notch. Both our kids were treated with so much affection and were also given surprise gift.

Fabulous property with amazing hospitality. All crew members are so polite and helpful. Special mention to anurag , ankur and simran. The spa experience was outstanding , thank my therapist fiza. We were upgraded to a semi private swimming pool room . That was a very nice gesture from the team. Made memories for a lifetime. Also the cocktail at the promenade bar stood out for me besides the scrumptious food . Forgetting my servers name but he was quite on point with his menu recommendations!

Indian grand at its best! Incredible service, amazing gardens and exceptional view. The best place to stay in Udaipur, with a view on the city that leaves unforgettable memories. Definitely a must. Spent only 2 days but was worth it! Highly recommended

Oberoi is known for world class facility, good rooms, lovely food. But real asset that they have is service. I must appreciate their Customer experience team which trains their team to this level. Special mention to Shanaya who welcomed us and Hardik who assisted us in restaurant. This guys don’t stop giving you surprises

Starting from our driver who picked us up at the airport, the the hotel staff and boat*** everyone is extremely hospitable and go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay. They pay so much attention to detail in everything they do. Everyday they would clean our room in the mornings and again in the evenings a wind down cleaning and would leave us custom notes and gifts thanking us everyday. We had the the room with our own private pool and we loved it. The grounds are extremely clean.
