Bloom Boutique - Lake Pichola Heritage Hotel

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

인도의 큰 체인호텔인데 예약실수로 자이푸르인줄알고 신청했다 취소 요청을 했는데도 요청을 철회했습니다. 개인적 실수지만 너무 속상하네요.

This is beautiful property with exceptional view and staff is very polite and helpful. Old city is walking distance from here, you easily get the local transportation right from outside the hotel. Special thanx to AJAY JOSHI who made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Will definitely stay here only if I visit Udaipur again Thankyou!!

A hotel located in Heart of the Udaipur City. Pros :- All the places that one would like to explore like City Palace, Vintage Car Museum, Karni Mata Ropeway, Pichola Lake, Fateh Sagar Lake, Fish Aquarium, Maharaja Maharana Pratap Museum, everything is located within 2 kms from this Hotel. Sadly in my overall Trip this was the only positive i found in this Hotel. Lets talk about the Cons now, 1. I booked the Hotel seeing it is located on Lake Pichola. Technically it is, but from the Window view you can just see a slight corner of Pichola Lake that too it is quite dirty and filled with Garbage. Another view from the Hotel is of a Residential colony. - View Wise i would rate it 1/5 2. No amenities are there at the Hotel to keep you engaged with anything at all. In fact the Restaurant too is outsourced to some other Party. The Restaurant is literally pathetic in terms of Service and Hospitality. In the breakfast the guy is not even ready to pour you Tea in the Kulhad leave aside serving something on your Table. When the food (like Bhatura/Parantha) finishes then he call the Kitchen (downstairs) to send something up which takes 10-13mins easily (preparation+bringing up). When you call the Kitchen there is a lady who picks up the Phone (Tanu) who is impolite, rusty with her choice of words and has zero sense of customer experience. I called and asked her for Whiskey glasses, for first 15-20 mins i made calls 3-4 times with a response that we are sending, finally the 5th time the Lady said all our tables are full we cant give you glasses, when i asked that should we be drinking in Coffee mugs then ? She said call the Reception and ask them and hung the phone to my face. I straight away contacted the Hotel ***ager (Mahendra) he is a decent guy, he took this up with The Restaurant ***ager and then he came and apologized for the behaviour by that Lady. - All in all in terms of Service at a Hotel where there are no Amenities what you look for is Restaurant service/food which i would rate negative. Service - 5/5 Food - 1/5 3. This is just FYI, they gave me a Scooty on rent for 450/- per day which in the market is easily available at 250/- per day. Also i had taken the Scooty at 5PM and returned the next day at 5PM and the Reception guy asked me to pay 900/- saying that the charge is day wise and not 24hrs from when you have rented the scooty which was a bizarre logic as per me. This also raised with the Hotel ***ager and he said yes this is wrong and he took it up with the travel desk and I finally paid for 1 day (₹250/-) Again if you see the Front facing service, rate it by yourself. Overall my experience here was 1/5 1 also because of the Proximity of this place to other destinations. A complete NO for family bookings ❌❌❌

Very beautiful Heritage Hotel In Udaipur. We booked a room for family and really one night is not enough in Udaipur specially when you are in Bloom Udaipur. Outstanding staff for the services from front desk to Housekeeping. They always smile faces to serve the any guest. Location good to all nearby attraction. Team arrange a Tuktuk for the city sight seen which is a normal price. Mahendra Ji Gm always there for the guest to guide and ***age all things smoothly. Thanks Bloom Team for their kind gesture.

The bloom boutique hote, a magic with the art services, and rooms. We are here for 2 days and we really enjoyed a lot our stay. Staff was so professional and very courteous. Rooms are near and clean also well updated we recommend to other guest.

It was a very nice hotel with amazing view on top. There at the ground floor you can see the miniature artists doing their art and you can purchase from them. Terrace restaurant has nice menu, I can recommend the veg burgers. Whole building is full of historic paintings and decorations.

A place wherw you can stay in udaipur. Beautiful hotel with nice staff The rooms were really neat and clean, we had a great stay and really enjoyed it. We booked a room heritage king little small but well maintained all modern amenities there . And we had a great stay in bloom

This place was really good and very beautiful. We had 4 night stay at bloom Udaipur with the family and we enjoyed a lot here. Food was good but still need to improve rooftop restro had a great view of Lake all staff was very helpful and courteous always
